great location, great host, stylish apartment

a constant smell of sewers

I really like the area, it's situated in the city center near all the attractions. We came late, but the owner waited for us and warmed up the heating, because it was a little bit chilly in December. The apartment was spacious and ideal for us - two mothers with two kids. When we left the apartment, my friend left something inside and the owner kindly came to let us in again, so we didn't miss our train. Thank you!

Unfortunately it was quite noisy, especially at night. Winter nights are quite chilly so remember to take extra warm clothes.

the flat is very good located in the heart of the old town, near from the shops and restaurants and the sea coast. It isn't very big, but for one or two people - comfortable. in the kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need for one day. I recommend it highly.

all is broken or almost broken. electric sockets, light switches, even door handle( and mold in the bathroom

I loved the localisation,the appartement is settled in heart of old town,full of little cafes and restaurants.It couldn't be more Italian weekend!Loved everything about our stay.

The apartment is in the city centre of Monopoli and easy to access to other places outside Monopoli. The price was reasonable and was enough for a short stay. The beds were comfortable.

One of the bedrooms did not have an AC.

it’s a nice space for a single person or a couple. the location is great. beach and the city center are only minutes away. the shower has hot water. there is a small fridge and small electric stove.

you can hear the neighbors and I guess they can hear us. the walls are super thin. you can use earplugs for sleep like I did. The rest is good

Perfect location to explore Monopoli and GREAT value for money.

Everything! Location was right in the old town, close to both the old and new piazzas. The decor is really cute inside and has a lot of charm. The aircon/wifi worked well. Emilio was lovely and very responsive. When we asked about laundry options he simply came and took our dirty clothes and brought them back clean and folded!

The kitchen was tiny. We had intended to cook but it was just a bit too crammed, and there isn’t a great space to enjoy eating inside anyway. Best to go out for all meals!

Great location! In the heart of Monopoli, close to the centre and beach. Lovely!

Situation proche aéroport de Bari

Lovely host, we could choose from 3 apartments. Two bedrooms were easily enough with family, the kitchen was well equipped too, everything, including the bathroom was clean.

The location was convenient to discover old town, this was the only downside too. The nightlife was audible until 2-3 AM in the morning. Keep that in mind, otherwise it is nice apartment.

Great location just in the city center. Host came to give us keys even though we were arriving late at night. Overall very good place.

We stayed at La Vitagira for 8 days. The appartement is so pretty and really nicely decorated. The appartement is located perfectly just in the old town and you can get to wherever you want in just a few minutes. The train station is also just a quick 15min walk away and to the pier / beach you only walk max. 10 min. The appartement is equipped with an AC which is wonderful if you come home from a long, hot day at the beach :) The host is very nice - we got our key from his son Roberto, who is also very friendly, welcoming and speaks english very good (which is great if you don't know italian that well). If you stay at La Vitagira you can also use the rooftop terrace to enjoy e.g. your breakfast up there. You can also rent bikes with Roberto and even a car if you want to. We would defenitely stay again at La Vitagira for our next trip to Monopoli.

There was a door in our appartement, which led to the next one. This door was obviously closed (and you couldn't open it) but it felt like it was paperthin. You could here every conversation in the other appartement and therefore also the other way round. This was kind of annoying because our neighbours were very loud at night, when they got home which led to us waking up etc... I would recommend (if possible) to remove the door and just close the connecting space. That would give the guests more privacy and rest (especially at night). Furthermore it would have been nice to know, that there is no real "terrace" directly at the appartement. You don't have a balcony (because it is on the ground floor) and also no terrace - you can only use the rooftop terrace together with the other guests (if you want to). Everything else, the appartement on its own, the host, the location etc. was really great and we enjoyed our stay here.

Very good location, cosy and stylish apartment

there is missing cooking equipment in the kitchen like kettle or sharf knife, but we managed anyway (-:

10 minutes walk to railway station. Very good communication with the host before arriving and during the stay. Flaxibility of the host. Very spacious flat, confy beds, big, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom. Airconditioning works quietly and well. In 200 metres many excellent restaurants. The closest beach 7 minutes walk. The best beaches about 20 minutes walk. It is confortable for a family of 4 or for 4 adults. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday.

People were talking under our windows, however, it is normal, because we were in the old town.

The location was perfect! Almost right in the middle of the old town. We parked our car in a nearby underground garage ( 100m walking ). Also our host, Sergio, was amazing. He helped us immediately when we had questions. The appartment was very clean and cozy. Thank you Sergio!
