The building as a whole was pretty worn. The room we were in had a moldy musty smell that didn't go away with the use of the air conditioner.

Front desk workers were not available. The morning person was sleeping at the desk while the food was empty at the breakfast bar.

Upon check in never got the Wi-Fi password or breakfast hours. Room was hot and humid. Also didn't appreciate being put in a handicap room where everything is lower to the ground. Room key didn't work had to go back to the front desk. Would have been nice if during check in someone review the key issues.

Property was nice and quiet. The parking could be better but it was ok for the most part. Our room had a strong musty smell but it wasn’t unbearable. The halls and rooms seem to need a face lift but everything was functional and did the job during our stay. The pool was nice, and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Very fun trip to Surfside beach which was only about 15 minutes away. Clean hotel, spacious and comfortable.

The room had a moldy smelling oder. Had to buy febreeze from walmart to make it tolerable. Towels had holes in them. There was leftover food under the air unit. Room key stopped working 4 times and staff didnt care about the inconvenience of us constantly having to come to the front desk to get new keys. Breakfast didnt have a lot of options and the sausage was a gross light gray color.
Front desk staff was not engaging at all. Or cordial. And although they knew there was a known issue with our door lock, they didnt once apologize or explain. We found out from the cleaning staff on our way to check out that the hotel knew all along about the faulty key lock.

I enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable. I checked in around 3:58 pm on Sunday, May 26 and checked out on Tuesday, May 28. I was charged $25 twice on the 26 and $25 twice on the 29th. I checked out at 11:00 am on Tuesday; May 28th.

Usually a nice stay but the room was not properly cleaned at check in. Used towel hanging in the bathroom, used pillow covers underneath the pillows, dirty & sticky table.

Water was waterfalling through the ceiling fan from the floor above. Ruined my things and I had to leave before check out and corporate offered a free night to compensate. Part of breakfast ran out (no eggs or sausage) and there was no seeable staff to ask for more. I watched multiple guests check the food and leave.

Easy check in. Room was acceptable. Sofa bed was awful and unable to be slept in, so all 3 people had to sleep in the same bed.

The room was decent. The air conditioning was off completely which left a stale stagnant smell in the room and the handle of the sink faucet had what looked like dried toothpaste all over the underside of the handle, but overall the room was fine.

Stayed at Comfort Suites for a quick weekend trip to Lake Jackson. Reserving the room and check in was very easy. Room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and key cards are a bit worn, have to swipe them several times to get them to work

We had an issue with our bathroom and they accommodate our needs right away. They moved us ASAP. The feont desk was already coming up with our new room cards. Very nice.

I liked that I was able to check in 2 hours early with no problems or extra fees. Staff were very nice! A few things I did not like in our room, a few of the pillow cases had dark black marks on them. You had to continuously jiggle the toilet handle so it would stop running, the trash cans were not emptied the one in the bathroom had a huge dead tree roach right on top!

It’s showing its age. Needs more maintenance, and some love. Some refurbishing is in order. We felt safe at this hotel.

The room could have been cleaned a lot better. There were hairs in the shower and jacuzzi and water left in the ice container.

The location is highly convenient. Breakfast was alright, shower was old but adequate, bed was very good, space was ample.
