Very Comfortable beds, nice room. All staff were excellent. Great area to find restaurants in nightlife close by within walking distance

It felt like the hotel monitors every little usage by the guest, almost like an accountant is following you around. Not a great look by the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, location great center of town, personal friendly, professional & serviceable, the breakfast buffet superbe. I highly recommend.

Nice place, easy access to local resturants etc

Rooms are a bit dated and the beds mattresses are not ideal (soft, caved in a bit). But property is perfectly located, staff were friendly, and the rooms did the job.

I had a first business trip in mexico city, I stayed this hotel, and this hotel was really perfect. Every staff was kind and room and all of stuffs were really clean

We were very disappointed this trip, having had a great experience just the month before! The pillows were so hard that, at 3:00AM I went to the front desk to request softer ones such as we had before and the FOUR people there said all the pillows were the same and that all the rooms were full. The room next to us was EMPTY! So we ended up sleeping on rolled-up towels for pillows. For $290 a night, this is NOT value for money! The next morning we asked another representative and, within 15 minutes, we had 4 softer pillows!!! The other unfortunate was the sink would not drain well at all. The daytime staff and the maids though were all outstanding!! And, on a positive note, we were given a room in the area we had requested, the breakfast was good, and the Senoritas who checked us in and out were very helpful and professional. Also, the location of the hotel is superb.

Not great, a bit dated, clean, friendly staff

This is an older property but well kept and with excellent service. I usually upgrade but the standard rooms are fine. The lobby restaurant has a great breakfast buffet but usually super crowded. Plan to get there early if you don’t have time to stand in line. Overall excellent and I’ll book here again.

Didn’t offer the VIP upgrade, clerk was extremely rude and unpleasant, she told us that we didn’t qualify

Convenient location for business travellers. I had early check out and my breakfast was included. They prepared a great “breakfast bag” with fruit, juice, a delicious sandwich and dessert.

Staff's are very friendly, helpful at all the time. The receptionist most of them are not so friendly but the concierges and waiting staff's are really nice even the cleaners. I suggested that you have to start hiring friendly people to work at your front desk. Rooms as we have two rooms are very good, showers are terrible slow maybe they need to clean the shower head. I don't really think I will staying at your hotel in the near future or recommend it at all.

Celebrated our anniversary and stayed for 4 nights. When they found out they upgraded us to the king suit upon arrival. Most comfortable bed ever, amazing service, clean room and great location! Would absolutely stay again!

I’ve stayed several times at the Galeria Plaza and it never fails to impress.

A well located hotel with excellent facilities in a great part of Mexico City. The rooms were great, there are excellent dining options and the rooftop pool is a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Concierge were very nice, front desk was okay. The room atleast to my experince was very hot. I woke up sweating. The door of the bathroom would not close if I did not lift it up. In general was okay. I will say location of hotel was awesome, very safe.

WHILE THE HOTEL SIDEWALKS WERE GOOD 90 PERCENT OF DOWNTOWN SIDEWALKS ARE A WALKING HAZARD THIS HAS NOT CHANGED INI 50 YEARS, THEY NEED TO GET TOGEATHER AND FIX THIS,

10/10 Staff member very helpful and friendly. Dinning shops super close and you can enjoy a walk and get to know different spots of Reforma, Condesa, Polanco. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was a little dirty (stains on carpet, chair, and mattress). The deadbolt on my door was unscrewed upon my arrival and I had to wait a full 24 hours for maintenance to come and repair it. The hotel is centrally located, the mall is an 11 minute walk and most bars and restaurants are under a 20 minute walk.

Everyone was helpful and charismatic. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Food and drinks were amazing.

The hotel was very good, except that on the first day I noticed that they had not changed the sheets on my bed, but I called the front desk and they changed them right away.

The hotel staff are amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable! Really enjoyed the Business Club room on the 9th floor. It was large, quiet, comfortable and clean. The Business Club lounge was super nice. A quiet place for a tasty breakfast buffet in the morning, then snacks annd sandwiches and drinks day time followed by snacks, appetizers, wine or beer and desserts in the evening. Small bottles of water and juice to consume there or takeaway were available. The young ladies that manned the lounge were all fantastic and the servers also. I recommend Galeria Plaza Hotel as a true value for the price and it’s just off the Reforma. Thank you to everyone that made our stay so enjoyable!
