Rooms are really good, very clean and tidy. No pool, Gym at the hotel need to relay on club next to hotel however most of club facilities are down until spring. If you opt dinner there is a small menu to choose from. Overall okay to stay. Few room have windows facing a heritage museum with old Aeroplanes can be viewed.

Friendly staff. Charge of £6 per night for parking which wasn’t there on previous visit, think this is shocking for a hotel. Bar area freezing cold, no atmosphere, limited food menu. Intended to eat there but had one drink and left to go over the road. Room comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, everything was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but also professional. We also loved the setting of being the old airport and control tower. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Terrible experience, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. They didn’t care about leaving us stranded on the street at midnight, in the cold, me and my dad, who is 70 years old and it is his first time in the UK, forcing us to search for another hotel at that hour, and none had availability precisely because of the football match. According to them, they helped me find another hotel, and when I arrived at that one, they told me they had no availability! I paid for two very expensive taxis due to their lies. They also said they wouldn’t charge me for the reservation I had already paid for, but they did! It’s been a week, and they haven’t refunded my money! In the end, after hours, I was able to find a hotel on my own, but I had to pay triple what Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport cost. Terrible experience, I never had an experience like this in my life.

I was late arriving so cancelled my room place was freezing no water and bar closed breakfast was awful place was dirty service terrible

A great one night stay before an early flight, excellent family room with two double beds. Easy parking and check in and useful retail/restaurant park over the road.
