Breakfast need to improve

Location was conveniently located next to the airport. I didn't have the breakfast but the iftar dinner that was served was delicious. I really enjoyed being able to partake in eating traditional Tunisian food. Also, the receptionists Ahmed and Fakhry were very nice and pleasant to interact with!

Many things such as: -The hallways were dark and cold -Had breakfast included however what was given was not sufficient (it was a very limited choice) and not worth the price -Had one of the rooms cleaned without authorisation -Beds were not comfortable -Air con automatically turned on and throughout the stay, the room was cold (this includes even after manually changing the temperature) -Location was secluded and hard to access (e.g. not on the main road) -Invoice received was very confusing and stated visa fee which was nothing to do with the customer but rather the business visa cost

Rug in room appeared very untidy.

The workers of.the hotel are very professionals. Very attentives and polite.

The location was excellent for me. Comfy beds.

The rooms located in the front are little bit noisy, the carpet in my room was old and not clean, drinking glass was not clean, the breskfast was average, no menu card or hotel brochure!!!

The downstairs of the hotel is especially pleasant, the breakfast area is relaxed and the included breakfast is decent. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for the dates booked. I enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights.

In the room, the bathroom had a light that was flickering and there were some finishing touches that needed improving. The view from the window was terrible but it's mostly to do with the location of the building itself. The window may as well have not have been there it sounded like it was fully open when completely shut which was unfortunate due to the proximity to the Tunis flight path after take off, zero soundproofing, if you need a completely restful night bring earplugs. Fortunately I was not staying there for business. Two narrow single beds pushed together with separate bedding was a little disappointing. On the second evening there was a large pack of feral dogs (around 6-7 large dogs) wandering around the area near the hotel, it was a little concerning although there was no incident as such. On the second morning/afternoon there were a lot of people there on business purposes, it was quite busy and did not feel so relaxing as the first day.
