Hospitality was next level! A family run business that knows how to treat the customer well. My friend and I were upgraded to the suit and it was a phenomenal experience. We had to leave before breakfast was served but luckily the hotel accommodated and brought us breakfast at 4am! Got good sleep and delicious meal before a flight. Perfect location to the airport!
It was great just wish the volume of the music from the party was a little lower nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at the business hotel, everything was perfect, especially the welcome, the room service and the receptionist "sawsan" was very smiling and professional, thank you for everything.

everything was perfect , Room was clean and tidy , breakfast was excellent Waiters at breakfast were always smiling and very helpful.
the Two bars were Vibrants with nice music and excellent waiters ( khalil service was great). the Front office manager Ridha was very welcoming and pro and the team at the reception was outstanding handling all our enquiries.

Helpful and friendly stuff.
Loud music until 2 am, old furniture in the room, strong perfume in the corridor and in the room, which was very disturbing and gave me a headache, very bad lighting in the bathroom. It wasn’t a comfortable stay, never going back.

Very friendly staff. Super helpful. Great hospitality. We were received with fresh smoothie and Tunisian sweets. My mom arrived ahead of me and the staff were very helpful and gave her all the info she needs to get around town. They were very accommodating when we asked to convert the king bed to twin beds. Breakfast quality was really good. Room even had an Nespresso machine with pods.

Hotel was good option for business travelers. Excellent air con in the rooms and hotel in general as we travelled in July and Tunisia gets extremely hot!

Good sky lounge, although not a great view, but nice to have bar/restaurant option with indoor/outdoor dining.
Considering it was a business hotel, it was very noisy (loud music and bass playing late at night).
When you are going to meetings in mornings, not great to be kept awake with loud music.
Also, could do with improved lighting in bathroom in the shower.
Bathrooms are small.

The room that I booked was great, and the bed was huge and very comfortable! also, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, helping to set me up with a ride from Tunis to Sousse for a good price.
My only issue is small but I wish that the air conditioning got colder.

They put me in the 5th floor and till 1.30 am I was unable to sleep because of the music from the 6th floor...where was disco club...an they suppose to close at 00.00 but NO.
Anyway, the music was loud till 3rd floor .
When I ask them why they don't tell me when I was checked in about that the receptionist told me that I can see that on booking page...wich is not true.
So, anyway pleasant personal...ok the rooms , but take care at what level they give you the room.
