This hotel met our needs very well. The service at check-in was great! Room was clean and spacious. I had to go to bed very early to get up and get on the road by 3AM and heard very little noise from the hallways.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites based on it's beautiful pool and location to UNI and Main Street Cedar Falls. The hotel has comfortable beds, is updated, and in a great location to access Cedar Falls activities. We were expecially pleased with the friendliness of the staff...they certainly were "Iowa nice"!!!

Checked in to have no heat and its 30 degrees outside, couldnt move rooms because they were full. Got a $30 discount but for having no heat it should have been a free night. Very disappointed in this since now 2 of the 3 people that stayed in the room with no heat are sick. Very disappointed!

The property was good the room was average in terms of cleanliness. One of the wood night stands still had sticky dried soda on it. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer.

Unfortunately my check in was delayed over an hour due to limited housekeeping and my room not being ready. In addition, neither the iron or the microwave worked properly. However the staff (namely Michelle), despite being overworked, was extremely gracious and helpful. Because of that, I still considered my stay a good one.

We stay here every year for state trap competition And I must say this year was a much better experience than last year. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and plentiful, and everything was very clean. The only thing I would add is a little more parking

This is not a 3 star property. The employees seem overworked. There was regularly no one at the front desk. The smell on the 3rd floor was disgusting due to persistent issues with the guest laundry facility.

I booked a king suite not expecting it to be an adjoining room to another. The party in the adjoining room was up until 3 AM laughing, talking loudly and even periods of crying. There was no binder with hotel info in the room and the phone wasn't found until the next morning stashed in a cubby capartment in the nightstand; otherwise I would have called the front desk for support.

This is a great place to stay while on the road passing through. Easy on/off interstate 80. It is a ways from any dining and shopping opportunities but the room was clean and bed comfortable.
