We loved the room. Spacious, clean, well situated. Excellent breakfast and coffees. Walking distance from train station. The only thing is the train and traffic noise.

Very good hotel close to the beach the staff very friendly and helpful

About 5 min. to the Chiavari station and to the city center. Hotel people are so familiar and room was cozy. However, air conditioner is not controllable from our room due to technical problems, according to hotel front desk people. We had to call the front desk whenever we needed to turn off/on switches. We hope the technical troubles will be fixed soon.

Really not a good choice, as couple we had two singlebeds and the room was not nice

Solid 3-star hotel with great staff. Rooms are fine ... but no elevator makes luggage a movement bit of a challenge. Breakfast is good, not great.

Very well located hotel with convenient free parking. The staff are what really make this hotel such a pleasure, they are helpful in every way. Breakfast is really good and fresh. We asked for a quiet room with a balcony which is what we got .. very well located for the cinque terra only a few minutes from the train station and the beach for rejuvenation in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed for 2 days. it was a pleasure stay. good room, good breakfast and nice personnel anytime kind to help the client for a pleasure stay.

I stay for a few days. The hotel is close to the beach, the downtown, etc. The breakfast is delicious (especially the latte macchiato). And you have free Wi-fi.

The staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. The location is a great base for exploring the surrounding coastal towns. Room was nicely renovated but bathroom is due for some love. (Though for the price I think it was on point).

The hotel was a quick decision when we needed a place to stay. It was easily reached by a walk from the train station, and it provided a purpose. We needed to sleep with the window open to be cool that night, and the hotel is on a busy street, so the noise was disrupting. It was a decent hotel, but it wasn't what we wanted so we left after one night. Evaluate your needs, and choose wisely. Nothing wrong, really; it's just not what I wanted.

The four of us (wife and two adult children), had a great stay! Very decent rooms (with cool a/c), centrally located...within walking distance of pretty much everything...clean and nicely set up. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, with everything from fresh fruit assortments, pastries, cereals, yogurts etc. Expressos and cappuccinos included! Overall a great experience and we highly recommend!

Easy walk from train station. Close to shopping and dining. Staff very helpful and even held our bags after we checked out so we could pick them up just prior to walking to the train.

The hotel staff made us feel like we were right at home; we felt like we were staying with friends. The hotel was close to the train (which could be a bit confusing at times). We used the beach near the hotel which was wonderful after a day of touring. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful when recommending restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, beautiful, and one of the biggest rooms we've had in Europe. The bathroom was clean, beautifully tiled. Nice pillows, couch, chairs, desk, bed comfortable. I never did get the name of all the staff, but we want to thank them for their hospitality. The breakfast was great too; once we sat down, our coffee came to the table just the way we like it. We never had to ask, it was just there......and they US a gift on our departure!!

Lovely hotel, staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of varied local foods, including fruit, cereals, and gluten free items. The hotel is centrally located and not far from the station.

Very nice hotel and handy for the railway station and beach and shops. A little dated and room was very noisy and a little drab. Good alue for money though and breakfast was very nice too.l

Charming hotel, which although modern has clearly not forgotten old-world courtesy and service. My wife and I were staying for 3 nights in May as a base to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino etc. The desk staff were full of helpful information about how best to get where by train and boat....where to eat and drink etc. Only criticism is the road and train noise, but we stayed put at the front and had no problem sleeping. The other couple were moved without complaint by the hotel to a more "protected area. All round an excellent experience.

Nice, polite and english speaking reception. Spacious clean room. Good situation near the railway station (excellent starting point for Cinque Terre). Also lots of free parking area about 100m from hotel and near the old town walking area.

The staff was fanstastic! The majority of them spoke fairly good english which can be rare in Italy. They were very friendly and their dinner recommendations were perfect. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean, rather modern, pretty typical eurpoean size room. My only compaint with the room is the bed was a bit hard, not a big issue in my opionion. No wireless internet in the room, but it was free in the lobby. The location in Chiavari was great, it is a very short walk to water and less than 5 min walk to the old town where the shopping and dining is. Parking was as advertised, a free unpaved public lot about 1/4 mile from the hotel, no complaint. The only thing I will mention is that if you are travelling here make sure you do your homework on Chiavari. It is not a glamorous Italian Riviera town, if you want that try Santa Margherita Ligure or Rapallo just 15min north. However if you need or want to stay in Chiavari I would highly recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel interior. However, town is really not what you want if you're looking for the italian riviera feel. If you are looking for prostitutes, however, they are right out front. And for the price, it is not worth the distance to the nicer areas.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and the included breakfast is very good. Free wi-fi connection would be a great addition to help travelers navigate the local town, Cinque Terre area, and train schedule.
