I had an adventurous stay last night! This morning I slipped and fell in the shower and cut my head open. I called the front desk for help and Mickenna came to my room, called the paramedics and stayed with me until they arrived. She held my room for me until I returned from the hospital. She went well beyond all expectations!!

My husband and I just needed a day away. Was very pleasant lady at the front desk. We were missing a towel and she brought it right away. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were dried out and sausages were greecy. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

House kerping only made beds and provided towels for only one day , they did not come in the room on the second day and there was no do not disturb on the door..that was a bit of a disappointment.

Check-in was efficient and informative. We were provided with a complimentary upgrade and our request for gluten-free breakfast items for one of us was verified voluntarily, without my needing to request it. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Dark roast, medium roast, decade and earl grey pods were provided for the in-room kuerig machine. Microwave and refrigerator were available as well as paper towels (a really nice touch).

It was good we have been here a few times the only issue everytime is that it’s quite dirty.
Like hair on the blankets and in the tub quite a thick layer of dust everywhere. The room was gorgeous though. Just really needs a good cleaning.

One of our favorite places to stay. Others guests in hotel let their kids jump and stomp on floor above us. Called to ask if someone could let them know. Within minutes it was quiet again

Wow, what a nice surprise - very quiet, great a/c on a hot day, very friendly staff - this is a cute, kitschy (in a good way) hotel. Travelled as a couple so didn't need a pool and such, comfy bed and accommodated a later check out.

We drove out of town here from Edmonton and it couldn’t have been more worth it, we even booked an extra night here after liking it so much the first night. Couldn’t recommend it more and the price was unbeatable.

Breakfast was good. It was quiet. Lots of parking.
Staff was welcoming and helpful.

What we did not like.
Pillows were terrible. Way too soft.
Elevators were dirty. The same garbage was on the floor in the elevator for 3 days.
The smell from the smoking area hits you in the face as soon as you exit the front door. The butt cans were full.
Breakfast was good but it would be nice if the bread for toast was in a container instead of the bag that everyone was reaching into with bare hands.
These items might not bother some people but it was a concern to us.

Lots of parking in the lot. You can walk to multiple food locations in the area. The free hot breakfast was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I did have two minor complaints, First the Chromecast in my room did not work properly. The second annoying thing was that they only had ketchup packs to use at breakfast. It would make a lot more sense to have ketchup bottles you can refill, making it easier for your customers. Also, it would be better for the environment.
