The beds had comfortable bedding , including a nice heavier comforter. There’s nothing worse than a thin blanket and a sheet . The bed was so comfortable

The staff member at the breakfast was extraordinary! She was very helpful, kind and started our morning off great! She was a very hard worker and kind to everyone. She went above and beyond to make our experience special.

Such a friendly staff very nice room, swimming pool, gym all the comforts of home. The breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast was ok, the room was fair and clean
My room key didnt work( at least 4 times) and the hotel master key did not work either. They had to call maintenance to come sort it.
The internet(wireless) didn't work the two days i was there.
Some of my colleagues did experience the same above two issues.

Shaw t.v package , most channels were for Montana or Chicago which makes no sense when your in Alberta

The hotel was very clean and rooms are good size.
Not all exterior doors have card access. Not a big issue. Just be sure to park near one with a reader.

location was key
before entering suite I have to get keys remade 4 times then went to pool in the evening & key didn’t work so I had to go get key redone. Key still didnt work so the girl came in and opened the door for us. upon entry pool room it was freezing just standing there. the girl said “yes it’s always really cold in here”. The bedding on pull out wasn’t changed either as there was $5.65 on the mattress when we pulled the bed out. the mattress needs to be changed as it was pretty lumpy & flatten out. There were candy wrapper’s under couch.

The cleaning lady. She was the only helpful employee. Very kind and hard working woman.
The front staff, The managers, The blood on my bedding, the place just felt un clean and honestly a complete waste of money. Would never stay at the Hampton Inn again. Very un professional location.
