This is the second time we have stayed and we enjoy it every time. The worst part is doing a uturn to get into the property but that’s life.

Everything was excellent. I used the app to check in and out so I did not see anyone at the desk but when I went down for breakfast the staff was super friendly.

I liked the set up of my room.
I didn't like moving the cart down a very long hall and unable to get the lounge cart into the room.
I didn't like that wouldn't honor my points fir the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to highway I-10 but unfortunately it’s a little dirty. Our pillows were stained and looked very nasty, the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. There were a bunch of towels on the hallway that were never picked up and made the place looked bad. Breakfast was ok no oatmeal or bacon it was kind of disappointing.

I had a studio double bed queen room. The room was big a spacious. My only complaint is that the room needs to have more than one TV. The TV was stationed in front of the sofa area. And on the other side of the room you could see the TV from the beds.

There is a sliding door to the bathroom that did not shut completely and does not lend any privacy. The beds were comfortable, but I am not sure the outer linens were clean. Carpet was dirty in the elevators with stains. In a very noisy, busy, high traffic area. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The property itself or the staff wasnt the issue. But we had 2 rooms reserved. Arrived atound 3:15, our first room we didn't get checked in until about 4pm. The second room wasn't ready until 5:26, we got up there and it smelled like straight up wet dog. Went downstairs and had to change rooms, we were suppose to have 2 queen suites, so the second room we just got a king suite, which we made work but was difficult, because we really needed the second bed. They could have atleast offered a discount or something. I usually dont complain but it was ridiculous waiting that long with young children. Disappointed.

When I arrived with my kids I had to wait because they told me that my room that I reserved wasn’t cleaned yet. Then they told me the room I reserved was a handicap room which I did that by mistake but I had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes until I had gotten my room. Then when my family received our room it was toothpaste I found on the side of the sink. Also our bathroom door didn’t close all the way so we didn’t have any privacy. I didn’t tell the staff about the problems I might have wanted longer for an another room so we basically took what we had to take. The staff was very nice overall the problems that I had.

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel workers were friendly. My only complaint about the room was that it was right by the exit to the parking lot. While it was convenient to get to our room, we heard the door shut every time a guest entered or exited the building. The door was very loud and woke us up several times during the two nights we stayed even with a sound machine going. The area felt unsafe at night due to the neighboring gas stations and people walking around.

Very nice night desk person. Took care of few minor items we needed. Good breakfast. Bathroom door is a sliding barn style so it does not really close—-no privacy for shower or toilet.

We stayed for 1 night and it was nice. Great staff and easy check in. There’s only one elevator at the front of the building and the parking is in the back of the building. I would unload the bags before parking so you don’t have to walk. Other than that it was a great stay
