I really enjoyed this stay it was great. However, there were certain hairs on the shower floor. There was also candy wrappers under the couch along with a singular fruit gummy that we picked up so we would not be charged for that. Service and check in was really great though! Staff is nice! On the floor, there was a dealer who wasn't the friendliest. She was trying to smack hands away after saying no more bets placed. A simple “No more bets please” would have sufficed it wasn’t very considerate how she would smack other peoples hands. Overall, check-in staff and front lobby people were very nice and helpful! The pool and hot tub was AMAZING! Beautiful scenery inside and mostly quiet, either way it’s very relaxing! It was a great first stay at a hotel I like to look at the positive things versus bad and there were way more positive things to focus on which is great! Will be back soon, thank you!!

I had forgotten I had paid in advance. When I arrived I presented my ID & a credit card as payment for the room. The card was in my wife’s name as mine on the same account was misplaced. I was denied a room as my wife was not present, her being in a nursing home with dementia and no way to send permission and her ID as the clerk requested. As a result even though the room was paid for I was denied a room or a refund. Walter Hennessy

The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The bathroom suite alone was as big as a room normally. The t.v. was in an awkward place. As far as the gambling, not so user friendly. The drink service was horrible, and I did not notice any winners being paid!

A microwave somewhere in the hotel would have been nice. A room with things not broekn would have been nicein

My favorite get away hotel it’s just fantastic

The only thing that was nice about our stay was the area of NY there was nothing to do in the casino except gamble. No shops and only 4 restaurant 2 of which were Chinese, one diner and a steak house. Definitely need more variety. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun in CT blow this resort away, hands down.

We loved it just wished it had more shipping in the casino & more upscaled restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, with huge rooms. We went to Lotus restaurant which was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was great. Perfect little get away with everything in close proximity.

Awesome stay

The room was clean, a lot of food options and a good variety of games at the casino. I also love their spa! A little pricey but worth it.

Unique property. Our room in the main building was nice. Big bed. Great view. Giant bathroom with private toilet and shower sections. 2 sinks. Nice modern TV. Felt like a good value. The food choices were weird and few. The smell from the Lotus Chinese restaurant was very strong. Like aerosolized soy sauce or shrimp? The staff were mostly friendly but a lot of them seemed bored. We ate at the Mexican restaurant in the other building. It was ok.

My first time visiting. I had a king one bedroom suite. The view was awesome. I couldn’t get over how huge the bathroom was.

Not crowded

Even though we paid for our room in advance, we did not have a room when we checked in as they said they overbooked. It took until 1:00 am to get into our room .

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Rooms are very spacious. Excellent shower.

Convenient to going to a concert at Bethel woods . It has nice rooms and casino . Our room on the 14th floor has me a beautiful view . I was surprised we couldn’t find any food after the show . Usually I travel with snacks but seeing as the hotel has a 24/7 casino and a cafe called 24/7 I figured we would be able to find food and coffee .

Need more staff at registration

I had a room reserved at the Resorts world Catskills. When u got there they told me I was staying in The Alder and they downgraded me to a worse hotel and I had to pay the same price. Was very ridiculous with no accommodation at all.

It was beautiful and would absolutely stay here again for future concerts at bethel woods

Staff was rude

Very clean and orderly.

Quiet property out in the middle of nowhere. Booked handicapped room. Go figure, they are the furthest rooms away from check in. Upgraded to jr queen suite. Got the rooftop view.. no view at all. Casino ok, restaurants not open. Ate at the same place 3 days in a row. Under staffed and over worked. Be careful, gratuity added to food bills. Didn’t know that until too late. Went to spa at 4:00 pm on Monday. Says open until 6. Nope, locked up. Asked rent desk. Maybe they won’t to lunch, lol. Never opened again. Pool area ok for being inside. Kids need to stay on kids side! Quite loud and rude late at night while trying to relax. Balcony/deck out side pool horrific. No where to sit and get comfy. Just a large bug festive climbing up the railings. Most important thing about 3 days away, I got to spend it with my mom. Good or bad, she’s amazing!

We had a great experience! We attended at concert at Bethel Woods and stayed at this hotel. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and accommodating. I am a body building competitor and eat a very strict diet and brought all my food. They brought up a microwave to our room so I could heat my food. We will definitely stay again!
