The home we’d reserved had an unexpected maintenance issue and we were promptly offered 3 great alternatives and chose this property which was perfect for our friends getaway. The company was wonderful to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

The location was the main thing that drew us to this property. It's right in the middle of crescent Beach which is one of the nicer beaches in North Florida. We wanted one with plenty of beds for all the kids to have their own bed and the four bed bunk room was perfect. There was also two more guest rooms in addition to the master which allowed for us to have plenty of room for our family of six plus my mother that stayed with us. The back Deck and walkway to the beach was where we spent many hours sitting outside listening to the ocean and watching the waves. The kids could easily come and go from the house down to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing off after being at the beach playing. The house is definitely older but still rather well taken care of. If I had a complaint the only complaint I would have is that the master bedroom does not have its own private bathroom. It shares the bathroom upstairs with the other guest bedroom. This wasn't a huge deal for us but could be something that other guests might want in a vacation house so just know that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable in the living room when we were not outside or at the beach to be able to have plenty of room to kick back and relax. The dining room table was also large enough to accommodate all of us when we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the grill outside allowed us to grill multiple nights while we were there.

We had the most incredible stay at Sunrise Point! From the moment we stepped into the living room and caught sight of the breathtaking view, we knew this vacation was going to be something special. Waking up to watch the sunrise through those windows was a highlight– it felt like we were witnessing nature's masterpiece unfold right before our eyes. The convenience of being able to walk straight from the house to the beach was unbeatable. We loved having our own little slice of paradise, away from the crowded hotel areas nearby. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the sun without any distractions. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout was spacious, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided. Overall, our experience at Sunrise Point exceeded all expectations. It's the kind of place you never want to leave, and we're already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a beach getaway that ticks all the boxes – stunning views, direct beach access, and ultimate relaxation – look no further than Sunrise Point. Highly recommend!

The upstairs had to be supported by a portable airconditioner that was extremely loud. The air conditioner actually stood inside one of the bedrooms with a vent taped to one of the windows. Master bedroom was upstairs so very disappointing. The first two days two people in the party were stung by wasps. Had to remove 10 nests in order to safely move about outside and walk to the beach. Not what you expect for the price that was paid for this property.

This was our first time staying at crescent beach and we absolutely loved it. We have stayed at st. Augustine before and crescent beach is just as beautiful. The best thing we liked about the beach was how peaceful it is and even with the 4th of July holiday it wasn't that crowded. The beach has lots of tidal pools for the kids to play and plenty of waves for the older ones to buggie board. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to a gas station that we visited daily for extra for ice. The house is well stocked and clean and fit our two families perfectly. The outdoor porch space is amazing. We did a lot of BBQing. The sunrise views are beautiful if your an early riser and the deck is the perfect place to watch them with coffee. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful during our stay.
