"Villa Salud” second floor
Maison des années 30: hauts plafonds, portes doubles, chambres spacieuses, terrasses, poêle à bois. Rénovée et meublée en 2011 avec un bon standard.
Villa située dans une rue calme. Le centre de Malaga est à seulement 10 minutes et la plage Malagueta est à environ 20 minutes à pied.
La maison dispose de deux appartements indépendants qui peuvent être loués séparément ou ensemble.
Chaque étage dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bains et un salon avec un canapé-lit double, il est donc approprié pour des groupes de 2-16 personnes. La maison a plusieurs terrasses ensoleillées très spacieuses et bien équipées avec des tables, des chaises etc. La pièce centrale sur chaque étage est la cuisine-salle à manger. Au deuxième étage, il y a un poêle à bois.
La maison est très appropriée pour les grands groupes d’amis. Les familles avec enfants sont également les bienvenues car la maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible: lits, rails de sécurité, etc.

Our family very much enjoyed the comforts of Villa Salud during our five day stay in Malaga. It felt like staying in the home of a friend rather than a hotel. We loved the back terrace where we could enjoy a meal, the sun during the cool of morning as well as a shady place to sit and read in the hot afternoon. Though climbing the two flights from the street to reach the front door was a challenge for the 70+ year-old grandparents in our group, it was worth it!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped, quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood just a short walk from the city centre. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it!

The owners were very responsive, apartment was spacious and clean, and very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic pantry items. The location was great, quiet and peaceful but close enough to town to walk in. Plaza Merced is around 15 min walk away and it's a great place to spend an evening people watching. The internet was strong enough for me to attend my 3hr online class in a video call with no problem. Patios on the front and back of the house, extra bathroom and washing machine off the back patio, this was an excellent place to stay.

Nice, clean appartment at a good location. It is a good walk from city centre and beach. It would be nice if comfortable sunbeds would also be available on the second floor appartment. City Buses to the Center are handy and frequent.

If I could do four and a half stars I would. A well furnished apartment with some lovely furniture and touches. Leaving things, like olive oil, dishwasher tablets etc is very welcome and saves time, money and waste. In a perfect world you would be nearer the centre and the 15 minute walk would be nicer but the bus is cheap regular and two minutes walk away. Supermarkets, fruit shops, bakers and delis on within five minutes. Having outside space is wonderful but the only downside to the lovely terrace is the time the sun arrives. Too late for breakfast, gone by dinner, but perfect for lunch and sunbathing.
Communication with Ana was great, speedy, helpful and understanding. Her local man to help Angel is also very helpful though the €25 late arrival fee a little steep.
A great stay and highly recommended.

Stayed in this apartment for 1 week with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Really enjoyed staying here as we found the apartment to be very clean and spacious and it had everything we needed. The owner has considered the small things such as ensuring there are plenty of towels and a kitchen stocked with utensils etc. It genuinely had everything we needed.
The apartment is very close to supermarkets and cafe's etc and we got the bus into Malaga centre each day, which was really convenient.
Communication with the owner was good and someone met us promptly upon arrival.
Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Anas place for 3 nights and I can surely recommend her house and service. I was a short walk to centrum and the neighbourhood was very calm and quite.

We stayed in Ana's flat in April '17. It was absolutely lovely and I'm so glad we chose it. Everything about the flat and communication with Ana and her friend Angel was brilliant. I highly recommend it.

We've just come back from staying at "Villa Salud" and we found it ideal for our needs. It's located in a quiet neighbor and within a matter of a 10 minute walk you are in a lovely area , full of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, ,including internet, outdoor patio (not overlooked) and a log burner. We took advantage of the airport transfer \ door to door service by a guy called Angel, who is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. We are planning to go back next year. For the price and location of this apartment then I would highly recommend it.

The appartment was perfect for us. We, 2 adults and 3 children, spent a wonderful week in Malaga. We were welcomed by two nice hosts, that showed us the flat. The flat was clean and perfectly ready for us, with comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, nice and practical furniture, large, charming rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and suited our needs very well. The weather was quite warm, so we enjoyed the two air conditioners during the day.
The appartment is located in a quite, nice area, althoug the city center is only a nice walk away.
To conlude, we hade a wonderful time in Villa Salud and can reccomend it to anyone travelling to Malaga.

The apartment has a good location for a successful stay in Malaga, quiet area, close to shops and local restaurants. The city center is within walking distance, taxi approximately 6 Euro. The apartment is modern and well equipped with all the equipment needed for a sucessful stay. Nice secluded terrace at the rear of the apartment with the possibility of grilling. Wireless Internet worked perfectly.

"This apartment is the perfect place for exploring Malaga. The neighbourhood is tranquile, cosy, beautiful and with a friendly atmosphere. It takes 10 min to walk to the city centre/ the Picasso Museum and another 10 to get to the beach.
We stayed with two small kids and the patio/terrace is nice for lazy afternoons. The house including the kitchen is very well equipped (also with children stuff) and the people renting it helpful with all the questions we had. We recommend it!"
