I liked the layout of the property and that it was right on the water. It was decorated nicely and had a nice airy feel.

I never write reviews- but this one created such a headache and was such a disappointment I had to. We arrived right after checkin and had to race to our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. As a result we didnt realize until late that night we didn't have the following: no towels - at all no comforter or blanket for one of the beds and no extras only 3 rolls of toilet paper no shower curtain in master bath no knives in kitchen to prepare any food no paper towels no garbage bags No wifi glass on the floor by coffee table (so glad my kids didn't step in it!) spatula/cooking utensils almost no salt and pepper (and no other spices etc) dish soap dishwasher soap hot pads for cooking in the kitchen. Since it was a wedding we didn't have time to get these things just to function!! Gratefully my best friend was there and bought towels that night as she wasn't needed at the rehearsal. Only the next morning did we realize how much was missing. we had so much difficulty getting ready for the wedding - um a shower!!! and then after had to purchase so many things that SHOULD have been there to function. Plus it was NOT clean. Poop marks in the toilet, counters dirty and even glass on the floor. I had to call while my niece was doing my hair for the wedding (only chance I had). while nice, there was lots of back and forth over the weeks that followed. turns out this property had just changed hands. It was NOT ready to rent!! It provided us a place to sleep but was such a hassle when we were trying to have a wonderful- but stressful event- and then relax the day after. They only refunded 20% of our rental fee plus cleaning and reimbursed us for the towels (they may have reimbursed us for the other things we needed but in the crazy we lost the receipts and since it was a holiday when we left we couldn't get confirmation we would be reimbursed so we took our purchased items home). All in all... VERY disappointed.

Beds were really comfortable. The place was beautiful and nice but not so nice you were afraid to live in the house. Coffee on the patio by the water was wonderful and relaxing too. I love that there was a keyless entry.

The neighbors decided to have a party outside in the middle of the night, but this is not something that our host could’ve prevented. Might could have been a little less dusty
