Proximity to pool area.

PHOTOS PRESENTED IN THE LISTING WERE OF A DIFFERENT UNIT. Not clean (spider webs found), no icemaker in fridge, kitchen minimally equipped, very dated overall.

Location was perfect. Did not know anything about a breakfast. This was perfect for what we needed in a room for the weekend. Did not get to enjoy the amenities really other than a round of golf.

I thought we reserved and paid for a loft but #19 was fine. Only issue was that the carpet in front bedroom was wet. We did not notice until late Friday night and was out most of the day Saturday so did not report it right away. It really did not affect us in any way.

It was very peaceful. The price was very good for the room. It’s an entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Very nice pools and hot tub. Nice size room and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were in walking distance and there was a nice balcony with loungers and table and chairs. Will definitely be going back!!

The apartment was nice & roomy

Because the air conditioner drain was stopped up the carpet was wet & smelly which affects how you perceive cleanliness.

We didnt have the breakfast.

We actually wrre booked on an overbook but ricky was such a good person to us. .lets just say God used him to help us in a major way in our life.

Convenient and affordable! Booked 3 units for Father's day, this is our second year coming and will definitely be back next year! Love this place! The units are huge and have a pull out bed in each living room couch. You have access to april sounds country club and swimming pool with adult only section, hot tub, kiddie pool, bar and food services. You also have lake access for swimming and fishing! The office staff and maintenance are awesome and accommodating if you have any issues they will be there within the hour! It is a gated community and each vehicle has to be checked in at the security booth so its very safe. Also saw security drive around every hour or so! This is our go to spot in conroe!

Pool closes a little too early for us 8:00 pm! If you get a loft unit its a little warmer than the 2 bedrooms and the loft will need fans wich are provided to you by Sweetwater!

Very clean, very affordable, very peaceful!!

Mattresses were a little hard on both beds.

Super friendly staff. Clean, spacious, well furnished apartment. Great kitchen and utensils. Closed gate, guarded community. Felt very safe.
