Centrally located. Close to the train station. The bed was comfy and the staff are friendly.

The wall is too thin so we can hear the neighbours next door and upstairs. The room lighting is not bright enough. No lights on the ceiling, only near the door entrance.

Location very convenient. Excellent breakfast. Good amenities. Friendly staff.

Central location. Walking distance to Tugu The famous Granny sweet BF desserts is just across the side lane! Still almost an hour wait... Spacious surroundings inside and out Good sized room facing North and nearby volcanoes Good soundproofing

Breakfast could be better having stayed at other nearby hotels. Bad rear of kitchen pool location. OK if you don't like the sun. Key card slot didn't work so power AC was on 24/7 🙂

the staff from bfast time, who tell us many times that we did not have include bfast voucher therefore, as if we can not have bfast there, when I told her that I am willing to pay, she gave us permission, but she kept her eyes staring and end up by another staff came when I still have my breakfast.. and told us how much we should pay. come on, they’re not polite at all.. the menu also so-so not tasty not so delicious. Previous day before we came to the hotel, I want to manage my booking by calling the staff but after some conversation they hang up the phone, TWICE.
