The way in which Booking.com misled me on pricing and costs

Dimension of the resort, the options offered for meals choice, being a very clean spot, personnel is usually polite and smiling. Psaroyannos and Macaroni restaurants, top in the resort. The pool is big and bar staff are very friendly.

We got basically traumatized by hundredes of big mosquitos attacks each evening during dinner, despite Autan, candles and other prevention tools. Tens of red spots all over our bodies, since day 1. There’s no net against insects in any of the rooms, which makes the story of attacks continue during night-time, as well. Definitely big measures should be applied by the resort, as current ones are invisible in terms of effect! The check in procedure was unpleasant, after a very long trip we had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours! Breakfast staff at Market restaurant seem under a lot or pressure, sometimes they forget to bring ordered things or insist to place you only in certain uncomfortable tables (e.g. next to their noisy working desk in the restaurant); big improvements could be done in this area and at the ‘Market’ restaurant, in general. Beach snacks pretty poor, the quality is not great, also limited offer. There is no lactose free specific option in anY of the restaurants - only gluten free. Beach House not so great, as well. Adults only areas marked in the beach and pool at Dunes are not respected, little babies can sit everywhere, in spite of the written indications - and no action is taken by hotel staff to place them in the children dedicated areas.

The design, the beach, the stuff...food

Very clean Big Roomy Lots of lovely restaurants that are part of the full board / half board deals! This is really a lovely place to chill and the resort having it’s own marina is a definite plus!!! So easy here - lovely.
