Breakfast and Location were fantastic.

Fabulous place, lovely apartment with lots of nice creative little touches, beautiful gardens to stroll around and a nice little gallery on site. Beautiful old restored buildings in a very peaceful rural location. The breakfast was also very tasty and the owners catered well for us as vegans. Kilkenny is around 25 mins drive away which is a very lively spot with a good choice of restaurants and bars.

The host was so friendly and helpful Loved the self contained fully equipped clean apartment with the lovely gardens just outside the door. It was peaceful and tranquil and a great way to get away from it all.

Its a beautiful place

The only tiny issue i had was that on the second night someone walked up the stairs to the apartment and looked in the door. I was sitting watching tv but could have easily have been in a state of undress etc. As there was no blind or curtain on the glass door they looked right in. I don't know if they were staff or another visitor. I didn’t get the opportunity to mention this to anyone but i was annoyed and felt that it wouldnt have happened if there had been some kind of privacy in place or something on the bottom of the stairs to say the upper apartment was occupied.

The accommodation was ideal- very clean, a lovely breakfast and a great location, ideal base for touring around that part of the country.

Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was exceptional
