Beautiful hotel if a little quiet, very clean, great staff, service exceptional

Stunning view, very clean, staff extremely friendly

Love the location! It is quiet and serene, amazing for relaxing and especially getting off the ferry. The restaurant on-site was also very yummy, Peruvian-inspired flavors. We had lunch and dinner a couple times on site and it was amazing. Vegetarian options are available which is a plus (for me)! Off-site bars and restaurants are about 10-15 minute walk away in Pyrgos, not expensive at all (compared to eating in Fira or Oia). Lastly, staff are just out of this world, very kind and helpful and always available via WhatsApp.

Not really a dislike but lack of consistency was breakfast (the eggs). We ordered an omelette on separate occasions and the serving size plus texture were not the same. The second time was a bit overcooked, not the end of the world. Everything else is perfect!

Beautiful hotel, suite was absolutely gorgeous with a private infinity pool. scenery was amazing! large and very comfy bed. Food was excellent and breakfast was very good. the staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to assist with your stay. they can’t help enough…absolutely brilliant!

a few minor things that will make all the difference for the stay… You don’t get free water, tea or coffee in your room. After the first complimentary bottle they charge you for the rest. Whilst the food is a little pricey, it’s on a par with the rest of the island and the quality is very good so keep that in mind. The hotel is in a very quiet area so you will need transport to get out to see the sights. The hotel reception were excellent at helping us sort this all out once we had arrived! The gym isn’t quite finished yet and they are still doing some finishing touches to this and the spa area. Due to bad weather, we didn’t have access to any tv channels in our room for the week. All in all, it’s a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend for anyone considering a stay.

This accommodation is overpriced (€ 4.000 for one week), sold as a luxury spa resort, yet the spa facilities are not included in the price There’s a cold atmosphere with screaming children (not what you expect from a luxury spa resort)

location is perfect if you want to be far away from all the noise. it’s great for relaxation.

hot tube didn’t work in my room and I wanted to use it. they also didn’t prioritize a solution.

The property was super clean , well maintained , had everything you could ask for in a luxury hotel.

The staff were all so attentive and responsive before and during check in. My arrival was delayed as a result of some ferry cancellations, and the staff at North Santorini were contactable via WhatsApp and eased the stress by rearranging pick up transfers and also making the check in process quick and seamless. The wait staff were also exceptional as well, they were so friendly and attentive during breakfast service and really made the experience perfect in every way!

Everyone at North Santorini hotel was extremely friendly and kind! We became good friends with Alex who was looking after us in the mornings for breakfast! We will be going back for sure! Food was as good as any high end restaurant in London! The spa team were fantastic! The location was superb!

The only thing was the two days where is was too windy! so really nothing in our control! it was that good!
