Excellent location right next to main square

Wifi was constantly coming on and off. Also it would be nice to have an on site bar/restaurant.

The casa was exceptionally clean and cosy, the outside space was amazing. Located a block from town centre. This was my favourite place that I stayed in Mexico.

Nice little hotel with pretty garden and seating areas. Nice fresh made breakfast. Friendly staff. very close to main square and lake front.

The room and the beds were a little small for four people, with not much storage options. Wi-fi was patchy

Super nice staff. I was able to check in at 3am (early arrival with ADO bus). Breakfast was nice too. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was right in the centre of town.

The staff tried to help me the best they could, although it was sometimes difficult due to the fact that their English wasn’t too good and my Spanish isn’t too good. They try to keep the property as clean as possible, which means they sometimes start really early with sweeping leafs :)

The room is a bit small. The breakfast is coffee and toste and fruits. and if the breakfast can be more options will be great.

Warm welcome (Hello to Humberto :)) . He let us look at 3 rooms and choose the one we liked best for the same price. Great service for breakfast also !. Best location in town. Comfortable beds, rooms, Nice hot shower. The villa is super cute and you feel at home. We appreciated to be able to fill up our bottles of water instead of wasting plastic. Highly recommend!

Location, Amenities

The ground floor room was extremely moldy and despite verbally accepting to refund they lied and never followed through with it.

This was by far out the best hotel we've stayed during our 4 weeks trip in Mexico . It was such an relaxed vibe. We traveled with a 3 year old who is difficult with going to sleep. But because it was so quiet we didn't had a problem with that. Although the hotel is one block of the main square were some restaurants are, it was also during the night very quiet. It was a perfect Location. And than I didn't even mentioned the staff. They were so nice and we felt so welcome. They speak good English. And everything was super clean! The breakfast was good. Fresh fruits some toast and coffee or jus or tea. This is a real hidden gem. For us the best there was. Thank you so much!

Great hotel, beautiful surrounding, spacious/airy rooms. Bathroom has a window, which is very unusual for Mexico. Lovely breakfast area, with tasty breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Central location. Would definitely recommend for staying. Very airy roo

Good AC, amazing location, comfortable beds, lots of space, great staff, big bathroom with shampoo that smells very good and shower gel. Hammocks next to the hotel - very comfy!

Beds were great. Alot of seating outside your room. Enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee. Great location everything was within walking distance, and had a laundry services.

Wifi doesn't work well inside your room. If you sit outside your room it works great. Shower presure is no bueno
