didn’t clean the room at all for the whole duration of my stay. bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom all the time filled the room that will not clear all the time, was hard to sleep from the smell and the reception won’t change the room for us.

The hotel has a quiet location, very close to tram and metro stations, within a few minutes' walk of all historical places. Everything in the hotel is very new, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is really great, they also organize airport transfer services and tours at reasonable prices, I recommend it to everyone. The staff was perfect, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was different and delicious. The restaurant (breakfast place) was new, it was quite different from the hotel part, it is on the top floor with an amazing view. The room was decent. The bed was very comfortable with clean, nice sheets.The location is perfect. Our towels were changed every day. Greetings from Bulgaria

The bathroom was not very clean. There were quite a few broken things in the room, such as the hair dryer, the minibar door. The hotel needs refreshing and minor repair. But these are minor things. Our stay was wonderful.

The people working at this hotel are the nicest. They gave us the room early and even offered us a complimentary breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious. The rooms were sparkly clean and cleaned every day.
