Appartement très lumineux et spacieux dans le centre de Naples. Il est tout à vivre.
Appartement spacieux et lumineux, avec deux chambres à coucher, un salon avec un canapé lit, une cuisine équipée et salle de bains.
Il est bien situé sur l'une des rues principales de la ville, il est un bon point de départ pour visiter Naples et ses environs.
Idéal pour les familles et les petits groupes d'amis.
L'appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de Pendino, ici il ya les trois rues des Decumano de la vielle ville grecque, la rue de San Gregorio Armeno, l'église de San Domenico Maggiore, l'église de Santa Clara, etc.
Quelques-unes des plus anciens pizzerias de Naples sont ici (Michele est juste en face du bâtiment).
Il est facile de se déplacer soit par le transport public bien que privé.
Près de l'édifice il ya des arrêts de bus pour les deux directions de plusieurs de bus, à la Place Garibaldi il ya l'arrêt de du métro Linea 1, à la gare de Corso Garibaldi il ya les trains de la Circumvesuviana avec laquels vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Pompéi, Herculanum et Sorrente, seulement quelques minutes à piè et vous arriverez au ports de Calata Porta di Massa et de Molo Beverello où vous pourrez prendre les ferry et les hydroglisseurs pour les îles de Capri, Ischia et Procida, la péninsule de Sorrente et la côte amalfitaine.
(Si vous voulez mes beaux frères Rosario et Giuseppe peuvent faire les navettes de/à l'aéroport/gare avec leur voitures style neapolitain - voiture Ford Fiesta et Ford Focus du 2000 -, demandez vous avant pour le prix supplémentaire et la disponibilité).

We spent a prolonged weekend in this beautiful apartment and liked it very much. It is a spacious, full of day light apartment, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. It is located on a big street, within walking distance from the train station, historical center and the harbour. The metro station is just 5 min on foot.
The apartment has everything one might need - the kitchen was fully equipped, with a nice supply of condiments. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy to sit after the long day. We liked everything about the apartment.
There is a great famous pizzeria just opposite to the apartment, lots of pastry shops and some small grocery shops around to buy food for breakfast.
The apartment is located on the top floor, but we never used the elevator as we had to burn all the calories we consumed in this tasty city.
We would love to be back some time to explore more Naples.

The apartment is stunning and beautifully fitted out. With 2 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and separate kitchen it felt more like a house. It’s within easy walking distance of many restaurants, the metro and supermarket and many of the beautiful sights of Naples. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable at Manuela’s apartment and highly recommend it. The Alibus which goes directly to Naples airport is close by as is Napoli Centrale station. We would definitely stay there again.

Bigger than pictures, great place for families, huge living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Great communication with host, easy to find. 10 cent euro only needed for elevator when doorman is in, otherwise works without inserting coin. Grocery stores not far away and good pizza across the street. We would definitely rent again. Thank you

We found a beautifully presented apartment right near the historic old centre of Napoli within easy walking distance of the central train station. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It was a little noisy at nighttime but we knew that would be the case and weren’t overly disturbed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Would be nice if a dishwasher could be installed because hand washing everything can be a pain with a bigger group.

The apartment is great and is in the perfect area. With floor to ceiling windows, you can get a great view from every room. The hosts were very communicative every step of the way and welcoming from the start. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Naples.

The apartment is gorgeous and well-appointed and stocked. Couldn't ask for a better set-up. Landlord communication is excellent. Note that you need 10cent Euro pieces for the elevator. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location
This property is right at the edge of the Centro Storico and an easy walk to all that area has to offer. Also a easy walk to the ferries and train station. It is along a rather busy street so you may hear some traffic noise, but no worse than any other large city. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The owners were super helpful with restaurant ideas and resposinve to all questions.

Tolle, große Wohnung!
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Wege in die historische Altstadt und zur Metro. Das Haus hat einen sympathischen Consierge (Hausmeister), dadurch hat man auf jeden Fall ein sicheres Gefühl im Haus!
Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und groß, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, aber der Lärm ist erträglich ...
Wenn man mit dem Pkw kommt: Die Tiefgarage am nahen Piazza Garibaldi (Hauptbahnhof) kostet 18 € pro Tag, sicherer Parkplatz, da viele Autovermieter hier ihre Stellplätze haben ;-)
Klare Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen!

Superbe appartement tres bien localise
Nous avons passé une semaine dans l’appartement de Manuela. L’appartement est d’une grande propreté et très bien localisé proche du centre historique. Agréable et lumineux car au 5 eme étage. L’appartement se situe sur corso umberto un grand boulevard mais personnellement nous sommes habitués aux bruits de la ville. Merci à Manuela et Valentina pour leur disponibilités.

Posizione eccellente comodissimo alla stazione ed al centro storico 15 minuti a piedi dagli imbarchi per le isole e tutto a portata di mano, l'appartamento è comodo, molto ampio e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio con alcuni particolari d'arredamento di pregio,la host puntuale premurosa e molto gentile.

Idéal pour une famille
Magnifique appartement, idéal pour une famille, en plein centre de Naples. Seul bémol beaucoup de trafic et le bruit passe un peu à travers les vitres. Mais c est tout à fait supportable

Wonderful Naples
Fantastic well equipped apartment, with easy access from the main railway station. Manuela and partner were very welcoming and explained everything about the apartment and area to us on arrival. Great bowl of fresh fruit and both kitchen and bathroom had supplies already in . As on main thoroughfare can be a little noisy from traffic even at night but you get use to it. Local backstreet supermarkets nearby(like small spar shops) and plenty of pizzarias, cafes and shops nearby.

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr liebevoll und freundlich. Nicht nur über das lecker Obst haben wir uns riesig gefreut, auch der Kühlschrank enthielt eine kleine Überraschung. Die Wohnung fanden wir sauber und dekorativ eingerichtet vor. Uns fehlte es an nichts, kochen, waschen, schlafen... alles war da! Die Beschreibung stimmte mit dem Original überein. Die Lage war perfekt, vieles war mit Zug, Metro und Bus erreichbar. Wir können abschließend sagen: " Immer wieder gerne!"

Beautiful but noisy.
Gorgeous apartment, lots of space and decorated tastefully. Easy accessible to the train station and the metro, Couldn't fault it... except for the traffic. Awful. Not anyones fault but if you like quiet this is definitely not for you!

Surtout: accueil exceptionnel et chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour répondre à toute demande, et cela, très rapidement.
Il est très agréable d'avoir affaire à des gens d'une grande culture en général (et de Naples en particulier !).

Appartamento sul corso centrale (Rettifilo)
Questo appartamento centrale, corrisponde esattamente alle foto pubblicate; ampio, di recente ristrutturazione, ben accessoriato. Manuela (la proprietaria) molto gentile, puntuale e accogliente, abbiamo trovato frutta fresca e tutto quello che serviva per la colazione, check-in alle 22 non ha comportato nessun problema, molte informazioni fornite sia per raggiungere l'appartamento con vari mezzi sia relative all'appartamento .Letti comodi e pulizia di livello soddisfacente. L'unico suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare relativamente al confort, è quello di mettere un attaccapanni per le giacche e i cappotti nell'ingresso. Grazie per l'ospitalità; assolutamente da consigliare.

Wonderful,
Centrally located, easy to communicate with the owners and the apartment was lovely. It's on a busy street but the windows lock out a lot of the noise, its on the fifth floor and Naples is a loud, busy, vibrant city. Therefore it just becomes back ground noise that you forget is there including at night. The extra touches of bread and fruit being in the apartment on arrival and flexible booking in and out were really useful bonuses and much appreciated.

schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Neapel
Diese Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Neapel ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen - ob zu Fuß, per Bahn oder Metro.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem schönen historischen Gebäude. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns dort erwartet.
Sowohl Buchung, Kontakt und Übergabe verliefen absolut unproblematisch.
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die permanente Lautstärke, da alle Zimmer zur Hauptstraße gelegen sind. Aber das ist im Zentrum einer Großstadt eben normal.

On ne sait dire que 'MERCI' pour nous avoir permis de passer ce merveilleux séjour à Naples. Nous étions tout aussi content de partir en visite, que de rentrer dans ce bel appartement cosi et apaisant, idéalement situé.
Grazie Manuela pour l'accueil chaleureux et votre confiance et Grazie Ruocco, formidable épicier fin, tout juste au bas de l'immeuble qui a su approvisionner de délicieux apéros dinatoires.
