Excellent location 3 minutes walk from the center. A modern and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking at night in a nearby public parking lot.

The towels, linens and furniture are outdated. Inconvenient access to the bed.

The house is well located, close to everything. Free parking 200 meters away. Very clean, equipped kitchen. Very caring and friendly service.

The entrance door to the apartment could be soundproofed better. Fortunately, there are not many guests in the facility.

It's close to the centre but so are others. Quedlinberg is a small town. Rooms were ok. But pretty basic.

Many issues. First, our check in was mismanaged. Even though we communicated our arrival time well ahead, the owner didn't tell us where to park. We were asked to get instructions regarding parking upon arrival. When we arrived, the entrance door was locked. We tried calling the owner, nobody answered. Then we drove around a bit looking for parking while one of us stayed outside the property. After about 20 minutes, some lady came with the keys. Parked her car on kerbside, kept the car on running and rushed us through the check in. Second, the property charged us extra 6 euros. Apparently this is tourist tax but wasn't mentioned in the booking website. No invoice was given either for the payment of the room. Third, when I asked for invoice in the morning of check out and the reason for extra charges over the phone, the owner became very nasty. Ultimately we had to sort out the matter through booking.com. Last, the downside to the room on the main street is that you can hear people chatting as they walk past until 11pm.

Nice apartment with good facilities, great location close to the centre, secure parking for the motorbikes, comfortable bed + a good shower.

15 minute wait for the keys to be delivered, Furniture starting to look old & tired, no room to walk around the bed.

The location was nice, right on the edge of Old Town. We were able to park our car free of charge right behind this property.

The apartment was outdated and smelly (even though it was clear). There was noise at night as our neighbours upstairs were moving about their apartment. I wouldn't book this place again.

good location, friendly host, and allowed us to do a late check out to accommodate our train schedule. good communication as well!
