Location was good, close to the centre of Moab, comfortable accommodation, good A/C, nice garden, reasonably well equipped kitchen and coffee.

Internet was terrible. Took a few days for me to find the one spot I could access it - not even directly under the booster, which seemed to be the only source. It's incredible how important wi-fi is when you are on your holiday and making plans, this was poor.

Bed in bedroom with double bed mattress was not comfortable. Needed a microwave!

Very quiet area! Beds were super comfortable! Amenities were very useful to our advantage. Felt like we were at home! Can't wait to visit again! We will stay longer next time!

Nothing that we didn't like. Just letting others know that there is no TV, but you don't need it with all the activities going on here in Moab.

The location was perfect. In walking distance of downtown, but not on the main street. It was quiet and secluded. It has a great yard; perfect for well minding dogs for there is no fence.

I missed a TV. It would have been nice to relax on the couch and watch a movie after a long day of mountain biking/hiking. One more thing, we came in the fall and the comforter was too much blanket but a sheet wasn't enough. We needed a light blanket. Oh, and there is no microwave so don't buy microwave popcorn. These are minor things and we had a wonderful trip.

Such a quiet beautiful place but walkable to all of Moab’s amenities. Beautiful garden

Clean house, great property. Plenty of amenities, comfortable beds. Great all around.

This was a nice place to stay. The property was clean, and had a huge yard with fire pit, and great location to town. We enjoyed riding our bikes to town, and the towels and linens were nice.

Two of the bedrooms had extremely hard beds. The host asked us afterwards if we had taken a pillow and chipped a water glass, which we did not. They charged our credit card $30 without permission, for forgetting to pick up our pet waste, which was our fault, however they did not need to charge us. All of this did not leave us with a friendly feeling for the property.
