We checked in and went to our room. Mold smell in hallway. Got in room pulled back comforter and there was a black/green stain all over. We then packed up and went to another hotel. Still have not heard back from manager. The room also had a bad smell

The room wasn't clean - the carpet was sticky under the feet, not sure if it has been shampooed in months. Okay experience for one night stay but definitely recommend doing a better job with overall house keeping and maintenance of the property

This hotel was very clean. The free breakfast included was way better than we expected. This hotel was very close to all the places we wanted to visit,which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and good at their jobs. There was plenty of free parking. The wifi was a little slow, but adequate. I would stay here again.

Check in was advertised for 3pm. I arrived at 315pm and my room was not ready and was told to wait. Front desk staff then tried to put me in a room but was unable to because it was assigned to another guest. Around 345pm, I was given a room and we walked to it and it was in the middle of being cleaned. We sat awkwardly in the hallway for another 10 minutes while the room was being cleaned. We were in our room around 4pm. Talking with other guest, I wasn’t the only one waiting for a room.

Unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. We arrived in our room to find the AC had been completely turned off. It took much longer than I expected to cool down for such a small space. I had a headache, so trying to rest in a hot room wasn’t pleasant. Fell asleep without sheets or covers on due to being so uncomfortable. It was finally cool when we woke up the next morning. When we mentioned this to the front desk, the response was “okay.” Overall cleanliness just wasn’t there. Breakfast area is very small and was crowded.

Check in was horrible. No one was there. I rang the bell for ten minutes - still nothing. Wound up calling the property 3 times to get someone to check us in (7:30 in evening). Attendant did not apologize and NO words. Will never go back.

The room coming in it had a foul sent. Like wet dog and musty. The sheets on the bed had holes. The night stand and the television was full of bust.

My stay with them was amusing to say the least. The breakfast was served on rotation with the same menu options each day, but I couldn’t complain. It did serve its purpose the staff were helpful they each one out of their way to show hospitality, and it was really refreshing. The room was clean and the house man was impeccably consistent outside of a couple small things that happened I couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The room was dirty. Everything was dusty. The bathroom had things on the floor and something hooked on the back of the door a paper towel. It just was not did not feel comfortable. The only thing that was good was the breakfast.
