This is obviously an abandoned property that is being refit, and it shows. Paint peeling on the doors, bugs crawling across the floor, and no toiletries. We had to go buy our own toilet paper.
It has the potential to be very nice property with a little bit of work, but it’s not one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Their listed check in window is until 11pm. After being stuck in traffic that delayed our arrival. We showed up at 10:30. The person at check in already closed and locked the lobby door and would not let us in because 'they are closed'. After pleading with them for a few minutes saying we paid for the room and we are just trying to check in so we can sleep, the person checked us in. They were very rude and curt. When we got our room key, and finally entered our room, it was very musty. Additionally our room did not have any curtains so anyone could watch us sleep. We ended up putting a sheet from the bed up on the curtain rod. And when I returned to the check in desk to ask for a curtain, the employee was gone and nowhere to be seen. This was around 11:05ish. The next day we returned from our event, and we wanted to get some fresh towels, the same person from the night before was at the check in desk. When I asked if I could have a fresh set of towels, the response I got was 'we got no towels for you. You have to stay 5 days to get any service'. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights so we don't have to suffer this place anymore.

I stayed here 2 nights because my mom was in the hospital nearby and the room and bathroom were dirty and my $50 deposit was stolen. I will never stay again.

When I walked in to check in and had my service dog the first words were practically yelled at me. Ma’am no dogs allowed in here. After explaining he’s a service dog, they treated me like I was lying. They did not want the proof of a service dog.the manager asked the 2 questions and made an offensive noise to my response.
The first room they sent me to the only stairs up to it had the bottom part missing from the parking lot. So you had to walk around the building to get to the stairs. this room had no working ac, smelled horrible, looks like it had never been cleaned and the bathroom had stuff smeared all over it.
Went back to the front office because they didn’t answer the phone. A new lady immediately screamed no dogs allowed. Said the manager wasn’t there. So I sat in my car then went back in The lady acted like she never saw me. Called maintenance to fix the ac and was just making me wait. I asked for a new room. She helped others that walked in first. Then gave me a room. This room looked like a different hotel and much cleaner. Everytime I walked out with my dog some worker would come and yell at me no dogs allowed. Very embarrassing that I’m having to scream back across the building I’m disabled. 9am maintenance was beating down the door and opened it within seconds and I was in bed. Came back later and interrogated me as to why I was not in my assigned room and how I got this one. They clearly wanted me in a disgusting room because of my service dog.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the business office, room and cleaness of the room. When I arrived the bed linen had NOT been changed from the previous tenant, the microwave had food stuck on the turntable, and above all the room was infested with bed bugs. I had to buy bed pesticide and clean the entire room. I called the front desk they changed my room, but it was still filthy with bugs. I’m a frequent business traveler and I will NEVER, NEVER, patronize Red Roof Inn or its affiliated companies. As a customer I should not have to be treated with medication because bed bug bites. I’ve advised my colleagues and office scheduler never to book any associates at your hotel.

While the room was clean, there were several items in disrepair, one could feel the springs in both mattresses, the plug in the tub was broken and the water valve leaked. I called the desk to ask them to take care of a loud party in the parking lot and was very rudely told that nothing could be done and “I should deal with it”. The manager's solution was to offer a discount on my next stay. Which was appreciated, but there’s no chance I would stay there again.

There isn't anything at all good to even say about this property. Starting with a 1hr wait upon my arrival along others ahead of me waiting to just register with my Expedia confirmation code ready in hand. I was assisted by a

Customer service sucks , the manager is no help. The workers were rude to my mother and didn’t let her stay at the room that was already paid for . Manager then said they will pay me back 3 night and nothing yet and it’s been over 2 weeks horrible place don’t recommend at all

Evening desk staff were not efficient. Had me swipe credit card then told me they didn’t have the room I reserved. Had to take a single and said I could check for double in the morning. No tv changer. When we got one it didn’t work. Morning desk staff much more helpful. New room, no soap in bathroom. Had to get from office. Extremely loud group in next room past midnight.

The front door staff was downright rude, not only to us, but also the customer she served before us. When I asked for a customer service number to call she said she doesn't have it. I asked her to have it for me the next day for check out, and she replied "I won't have it then either". The manager said, "just go to redroof.com"
It said online we could check in at 3pm, but when we got there, we were informed that the room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. When we finally checked in 4 hours later, there was still a comforter missing that wasn't done drying.
The property is very outdated and the bathroom was pretty dirty. The floor of the bathtub was black. Other guests in the property were very noisy into the late hours (midnight).

This place gives disgusting a whole new meaning! Absolutely everything in here is dirty, tables with sticky coffee stains, dirty toilets, showers, sinks with toothpaste in them, sheets with hairs and yellow stains on covers. Musky smells. Dust everywhere, dirty a/c, stains on walls. You name it! I don’t understand how this place still in business. Even after having a room change for a “better” one I had to go to the gas station to buy Lysol spray and wipes just so that I could enter the room. This place should be closed.

Service was horrible room filthy, magager had a nasty attitude, no blankets, not enough towels, shower broken, nothing in kitchen worked, sockets in bathroom didn’t work toilet seat broken, mold. Asked for a new room offered on day refund when it should’ve been two days refunded.

The directions on Google maps was not very clear and a bit confusing Google maps actually took me about a block and a half out of the way and made me drive through a neighborhood just to get back on the main street

Bad experience. Would not recommend. Spend more money and get rest . I spent 3 hours dealing with issues with the office. Worst experience ever with a hotel. This is more of a extended stay hotel so don’t expect the office to be open when it’s supposed to be . Place gives red roof a bad name

The room was dirty, when I entered and turned on the lights, I saw a few roaches. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I had booked 2 nights. The clerk said I could not receive one, since the rez was booked thru Expedia. After, several attempts to reach management, Expedia came back and reported mgmt would not grant the refund. I left the hotel immediately after I saw the room. I didnt stay any nights, and had to pay for 2 addl nights at another hotel. This is not acceptable. I will be calling my bank to reject the payment.

Male at check in was very rude. I booked room for daughter and at check in was informed of another 75 needed on a card amd that 50 was a deposit. These hidden fees are not on this site and would not take a cc over phone for daughter. He was very ride about it too

For the money this is a great Hotel The staff was super for check in Room was clean and lots of room Love the full size fridge Wifi was great and TV was great I had no issues with week stay Recommend to his hotel to everyone
