The staff was amazing

My room felt like there was moisture in the air so it felt really damp. Above the a/c unit there is a panel which is mildewed and has circles. Lots of them bathtub had mildew as well as behind the toilet I forgot to take photos because I was exhausted I’m sure u can get those images.

The odor in the guest rooms was very musty and unpleasant. On arrival, we were given a room on second floor but, on entering the mustiness was unbearable and the manager on duty changed it. The new room assigned was not much better but we accepted it as it was very convenient to reach family whom we were visiting. The microwave was dirty as it seemed it was never cleaned. Also, the comp coffee was either cold as was the supposed hotwater. Oftentimes the breakfast items would run out - boiled eggs, butter, bagel, and milk in particular.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there.

There is nothing that could have been better. Everything was perfect.

The hot breakfast was very delicious. After we got our room and it wasn't cleaned we asked for the manager to look at it. He clean the bathroom and gave us clean linens for our bed because makeup was on the bedding. He also follow-up the next day.
