Good stay. Bed and bathroom were clean. Needs a mirror in the room so when one person is in the bathroom someone else can still get ready.

Overall decent place to stay. Receptionist friendly & professional. Breakfast was adequate & place was clean. Price was better than all of their competitors.

The area around the pool was concerning with wet bare feet and peeling rough paint.

The bathroom sink was cracked with a half attempt to patch it. The shower wall had a crack in it. The hair dryer had been removed. Only the mount was there. For the price of the room it was horrible. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Once I checked in to my room, I have opened the bed sheet and it was dirty has spots of blood in different areas, the pillow cases was not clean and the bathroom is also used and dirty .
The room carpet was in very bad condition (old over used and never been shampoo) our socks turned black after we walked on the carpet , the carpet was really sticky and very dirty .
The staff was helpful and the breakfast young lady was also kind and hard worker, the breakfast was very busy of guests during weekend , but she was trying her best to refill the counter with more food and supplies.

No elevator, which was not noted anywhere on the website. DirecTV service was terrible, some channels had service most had no signal. Was like that all weekend. Staff at the front desk couldn't even check us out on Sunday morning. We had to wait for another staff member. Breakfast items were gone before 8:00. I sat in the lobby area for nearly two hours one morning and didn't see any staff checking items or picking up trash left by guests. Other members of my group had the door to their room propped open all day after staff cleaned their room. Luckily, nothing was taken.

It started with one woman on the phone to check us in. We waited about 10 mins to get checked in. The room was ok. The TV kept going off. Then there was no TV from Thursday night till around 4 pm Friday. Being we would be visiting family on Friday we told the cleaning lady to clean our room on Saturday. When we arrived back to Quality Inn our room door was left open by the cleaning lady. Right away we notified the front desk. Told her we wanted to talk to her manager, because she was having trouble understanding English. She called her manager and would not let me speak to her. Told us she would be in at 8 am to look at cameras to see who & why the door was left open. We went to the front desk at 8:15 am still no manager front desk lady said she won’t be in till 10 am. We told her we are Meeting family at 9 am for breakfast. We did not appreciate the run around we received from the front desk woman. Why would the cleaning lady go into our room & not even clean it? And leave the door open? Just saying we will never stay at a Quality Inn again. We stayed 3 nights.

Did not get the room we booked. Booked a suite with pull out couch it was nowhere to be found Had a huge tub in middle of room - gross.

The only issue was when we walked upstairs to our room and the hallway the carpets looked dirty and smelled bad. The carpet in our room looked like it was never shampooed. Good thing for the air conditioning to run.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, price was reasonable by comparison of other hotels (nearly double). The bad: No elevator; No TV reception (Xfinity), and below avg breakfast spread. I wouldn't "not" stay there again but it would either be the price, or availability that would make that decision.

We arrived about midnight at the hotel due to a massive rain storm which delayed our dangerous and slow drive. We were delighted to be greeted by a friendly and efficient desk representative. We were also delighted that our room reservation requests were honored and reserved for us. Being people with physical challenges always makes overnight lodging more uncertain but the Holland Quality Inn (south) was a great property and location. The bathroom with walk-in shower was both functional and beautiful. Our rooms had both a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer. The AC unit ran smooth and quiet. My only comment would be that the natural progression of thought toward providing total room functionality not only for the physically challenged but also the growing retired population would be applied to the bed height. If a bathroom can be reconfigured, apply to same concepts to the bed. I don't know who thought raising the height of the bed was a good idea but for some of us, it comes close to choosing to sleep in the desk chair because it is so difficult to get into a bed that high. There is, however, an quick and easy solution-cut 4-5 inches off the bed frame which looks to be just an aesthetic element anyway. Loose the excess height and make the bed more accessible rather than having a guest feel as if they have to attempt an ascent on Mt McKinley for a good night's rest. Also the breakfast was nice mix of grab&go and the more traditional sit down breakfast selections.Good coffee.

The hotel did not have elevator we had to take everything on the stairs, the breakfast was very average not much option , the third day I called the front desk to request a cleaning service no one did , the day of check out the house keeping came to the room at 10 before we leave our check out time was 11

Staff for check in after 9pm was scarce. Had to search the grounds for someone to help me . Was disappointed it advertised heated pool but the pool did not feel heated and appeared to be unkempt. Room was clean .

The pictures online do not show the worn out conditions of the hotel. It is extremely old. There were wall spots all over that needed patching up or were patched and peeled off the bed comforter was stain. The curtains were old just really needs a over haul.

The room was not up to average. The sheets were not changed there was hair on them when we pulled back the top cover. The bathtub was dirty, there was debris I stepped on when walking into the bathroom.
This was not acceptable. We asked to have the sheet’s changed and the man that answered said what would you like me to do, give you a new room!!!
We said why would it be any cleaner? We asked for new sheets and he brought them to our room and we had to change them ourselves! This was bullcrap!

When I arrived at the property it was 4am. The front desk attendant said I could pay for my 2 night stay at checkout (Expedia offers a “pay at property” option) which I like to use at low budget properties so I can pay in cash…..when I returned to my room the next day after attending a wedding my key was deactivated. All of my personal belongings were in my room….the manager essentially held my belongings hostage until I paid the full balance. Lmao. What a joke….i ended up paying the room in full no problem. But I find it extremely disrespectful to deactivate my key and demand money. The female manager spoke to me like I didn’t have it. Her tone was disrespectful and almost racist….long story short I paid for the room in cash as planned, but I will spend more money next time & stay at a property that treats people with respect.

This hotel is tired and somewhat dingy. The breakfast feature is useless - 2 out of 3 mornings there was a wait for coffee, the 3rd day the coffee was full of grounds. There was 1.no gravy for the biscuits, 2.the gravy provided was ice cold, 3.there were no biscuits. The hotel was quite and felt safe.
