We loved this place! Staff were friendly and helpful, the condo was beautiful with amazing views of the lake. We cant wait to come back as soon as possible, plus our condo had one of the biggest bathtubs i have ever seen! It was so relaxing!

We needed to make a quick trip from Texas to Arkansas for business decide to make it over night and take the kiddo's. Im so happy we found this place! It was perfect! We jad space for everyone. The view was amazing the price was great as well. The pool was nice. We will Definitely bw coming back for a longer stay

We really liked the huge jacuzzi tub it had. It had a beautiful view of the lake, and place where you could sit outside and soak up the view! The bed was comfy, and the living area was nicer than the pics on the website. We definitely will stay here again if we have the chance!

The accommodations and location are wonderful very convenient to all we wanted to do in Hot Springs.
The issue we had was the advertising of the property, from the pictures displayed I expected a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a room on the bottom floor of the back building and while you could look between buildings to see the lake- there was no porch/deck looking into the lake.
Minor disappointments - no coffee for overnights we had to run to Walmart - no internet access. I texted the office twice to ask but never heard from them- you cannot check in until 4, but the office closes at 4, so out of luck if you have any questions.
Would not return or recommend this resort.

Older resort could see where they had completed some renovations. Condo was roomy and well furnished. Only complaint was a/c didn’t cool very well first night but was taken care of next day. Is was a good stay for the price. Will stay again

Woke up early with the grandkids, and the youngest pointed out a beaver in the lake! Enjoyed the view.

We took a chance with this, and it was awesome. Very well maintained, updated unit with full kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. Lakefront property was beautiful. The pool was great. Check in and it was easy and the woman in the office was so friendly. Loved this place.

We were disappointed the property didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in the condo. We will definitely stay here again but bring our shampoo next month.
Breast crust on front door stoop not pretty to look at but we were told a new housekeeping staff took over.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew the area and could suggest places to go and things to see. Accommodations were large, clean and well cared for, as well as the outside grounds. There are activities and local shopping and eateries close enough to accommodate anyone's tastes.My family and I will travel to this location again in the future.

Check in was a breeze. I made a fire in the fireplace and they had more wood stacked outside. I had a renovated unit (not sure how many they have) and the master shower was amazing.

Very large, comfortable couch to enjoy the fireplace, 2 bedrooms so out son has privacy and so do we. The proprietor was gracious and friendly at check-in, really set the tone for a fabulous weekend.

However, to keep it thriving for my return, here it goes!
If you want a perfect Lake Side get away to one of the best places in the world, then this is it! The staff is wonderful! The Condo is clean, stocked and sanitized!

Location is very beautiful, amnesties was very good, but the wifi was very poor. There was no wifi for last two days of our stay. Otherwise the facilities were excellent.

What I disliked about the whole thing is that we should have stayed longer.

Enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the covered patio. Private and quite time so we were able to disconnect. Limited views of the lake and the condo is outdated. I would stay here again.
