We had been camping in Maine for six days and were on our way home. We easily parked in the parking lot with a small pull behind camper and truck. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Bathroom and shower were excellent and bed and room were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. A little better than what you would expect for a “breakfast included“ hotel. The pool looked lovely. I wish I had a suit. Even though it was a little bit more expensive it was well worth it for us.

It was a bit off the downtown area and by a strip mall. The room and bathroom were clean.

No one came in to give us fresh towels, make our beds clean a little bit at least. Little disappointed in that because the Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was good.

Good hotel for one night. The only thing we didn’t like was the mildew smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The beds where very uncomfortable. Odd people outside. We got back around 11 PM and motorcycle with rider on it sitting in back of parking lot asked us if they had a bar. When we tried to get in main door, it was locked. We told the young lady who was alone behind counter about the man and she said that is why she had locked the door. Night before that, man with knive covered in blood was surrounded by cops and he didnt lay down until she shot him with nonlethal rounds. It was in the local paper 7-13-24

The best hotel for my trip. Very modern room, great beds and wonderful breakfast. Extended one night with no problem.

I really enjoyed my stay, however I stayed for two nights and I came back to my room after my conference and my room had not cleaned or serviced and my trash was full and over flowing. I unfortunately had to put more trash on the floor but was disappointed that it had not been cleaned

Housekeeping was inadequate. Okay if staying a night but longer, no way. We stayed 6 nights and they finally did the room in the 4th day. Did not want to know. VERY unfriendly staff (except Mike). Never look up to acknowledge you. Front desk staff stay in the room behind the desk, not even a bell to let them know you are there.
Quality of breakfast really bad and service there not much better. Coffee in units never hot, creamers not filled and no plain tea bags out.
Looked forward to the stay as it is a relatively new hotel and wanted to give it a try...never again.
We clearly were not popular for complaining as when I checked out, not one word other than "checking out?" was said...oh well...their loss.

Stayed here while visiting camp spofford. Hotel was very clean and well kept. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds. Only thing was the breakfast was limited and the pool wasn’t heated as told but otherwise a great hotel choice when visiting the area

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was give a room with 1 King. I returned to reception and showed my reservation. I was told that they did not have to honor the type of room I booked since I went through Hotels.com. I was told that they were fully booked and that they gave my room to someone else. We were offered a room with 2 beds that had a broken bathroom door. We took this room and had no issue. I more had an issue when the manager went in back and was loudly celebrating that they ponded off the broken room and could now rent the room I paid for and that would be pure profit. Not very professional. Bottle of shampoo in the bathroom was empty!!
