Showers and bathrooms didn’t work. Elevator was broken hot tub and pool had no water in them. Staff was obnoxious and total scam artists. I called them and asked for repair of the bathrooms. They pretended like the showers were working. Like I don’t know how to turn on the shower. I’m reporting this is fraud to my credit card company and I may contact and attorney. I had to leave the property and find a different location at a higher cost last minute I will never use booking.com again if they don’t resolve this issue.
