I liked near to the beach

The house didn't clean ,the furniture are old ,the kitchen counter is old and just one full bath

The location was great and the management team was amazing. Justin was very responsive and went above and beyond. The bathrooms were clean. The fridge was new and a complimentary liter of water was provided.

The house smelled musty, the bedding was not clean, the air conditioner for the twin bed room broke, all the bedding and comforters were stained with pee/food stains, there were dust and cob webs everywhere, the dining room table was dirty, and the laundry door was not secure and fell off. There was mold on the curtains. None of the hand soaps were filled with soap. The bedding for the pullout couch was not changed and was dirty.

I was totally surprised how well maintained this place was. Plenty of room. I'm a contractor and was well pleased
