Perfect place for us to stay and dock our boat. Easy access to the inlet and back bays.

My husband and I are familiar to Beaufort and Old Town yacht club but this was our first time staying in this unit. Everything was perfect. Very clean, well stocked and the views are great as always. The owner has thought of every little detail to make you feel at home and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay at the Old town yacht club condo was great! The property was beautiful and the condo was just as pictured well appointed, spotless, and family friendly. Our house was super easy to work with, and more than accommodating. Highly recommend! We may be back in the spring/summer to enjoy the beach.

The condo was beautiful with a wonderful view! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was also a great communicator and responded to questions very quickly! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

The home is beautiful and very peaceful. The views from the balcony are stunning! Everyone in the building was so kind. The host is very responsive and helpful. She had a coffee bar set up which was so thoughtful. It was just an all around lovely place and town! We will definitely be back.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It has most everything you are likely to need. The views from the very peaceful balcony are stunning. Beach is a short walk away, no big waves, great for little kids and grandmas. A few minutes drive to great restaurants etc in Beaufort and Morehead City. Awesome!

If you want a beautiful view from the huge back porch (with dolphins), plenty of amenities at your fingertips, cleanliness, and downtown sights just a drive over the bridge about 5 minutes away, this is your place. Our stay was just what we needed. You often see places near the water run down from being near the ocean/inlets, but our rooms were very clean and tidy, even the air vent didn't have any dust or mildew (which I've seen at some nice beachfront resorts). The pool was great for the kids (and hot tub!) and we didn't even get to the beach we had such a good time poolside. I did walk over and the beach access gate was easy to find and very close to walk to. Keri had everything you would need if you prefer to cook your own meals and left a few snacks for us that the kids enjoyed. It was easy to park in the covered garage and grab a cart to take luggage up to the condo. The kids enjoyed the arcade game, but my husband might have enjoyed it more. The pull out couch was a nice extra touch as my kids do not care for bunk beds (just preference for them). She had plenty of extras to make the stay even more enjoyable. It was a quiet area and there wasn't any rowdiness or loud noises during our stay, but I am sure it depends on who is staying nearby. Her communication from beginning to end was always prompt and you can tell she truly cares about her guests. I highly recommend you book with Keri and find your own serenity there.

The condo was very nice and well stocked with nice amenities and appliances. It was very spacious and comfortable. The pool and docks were great! We enjoyed the outdoor areas and views. Keri was very responsive to our needs and was a great host. Hope to stay again!

Our family with a 18 year old girl and 2 15 year old boys had a great time. Weather was horrible so not much sun, pool or ocean time but this location gave us a great time regardless. From the fishing poles to use off the docks, all the games and all the extras (the little things…extra trash bags or baggies to use) we had such a fun family time. The location is like no other…can watch dolphins give you a show off the balcony, watch the 4 wild horses on the island close by or just enjoy all the big boats coming and going. You are so close to both Morehead City and the quaint city of Beaufort that you have plenty to do if you want. We will go back and can’t wait!

Everything was very nice and easy, from check in until after we left. The condo was super clean and great for a family of 7. The location was great for us bringing a boat and keeping it in the marina. Keri was very helpful throughout even helping us find a spot for the boat trailer all weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Keri was an amazing host with constant communication to help us navigate our stay. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area! We saw the horses, the dolphins & amazing water views!

Beaufort Sunrise was just what we were looking for. It is in a great location, just a quick ride to Morehead City, Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. The condo was very clean, comfortable and with lots of little extra touches to make our stay relaxing. The owner was easy to communicate with and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Keri's condo was absolutely beautiful, excellent location, everything you would need. It was just my husband and i but we had a great relaxing time away. Beaufort was great and the shells abundant. Thank you again for a great place to stay.

First of all the view, oh my goodness. All you can see is water. It is the most tranquil thing you will ever experience. In the mornings you go on the deck, look to the right and see the sun rising over the water and islands, as well as the lighthouse in the distance. Plus, waking up to dolphins swimming right outside your condo every morning is glorious. They looked so close you could touch them. Huge deck to enjoy that gorgeous view or watch from the comfort of your spacious living room or master bedroom. The condo is beautiful, well stocked with everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation. Comfy bed and furniture. Modern kitchen if you want to cook, if not every restaurant is within 5 to 10 minutes of the island you are on. YES, you are literally on an tiny island. Take the elevator down to the beach or ride 7 minutes and you are at Atlantic beach. It is just minutes from everything! Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts are 5 minutes or less away. You can actually see Beaufort waterfront from your condo. I really can't say enough about this condo, host or location. From booking, to the check in, right up until check out the host Keri was absolutely amazing! I had questions about the condo before booking and Keri answered immediately. I even had a few questions after booking and Keri was always quick to reply. She even checked on us the first night to make sure we got checked in, and to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We absolutely enjoyed this location.

This three bedroom condo is PERFECT!!! Our family absolutely enjoyed everything. It is a beautiful PALACE! When you enter the condo, you will be amazed with the decor and size. Everything is upgraded and beautiful! It is easy to unload your car with pull carts always available near the elevator. The accommodations at the resort are plush and inviting. You are minutes away from historic Beaufort water front, which offers many fine and casual dinning. Our favorite is the Beaufort Grocery CO. for dinner. Outstanding!! The condo unit has amazing views, (waking up, and Sunset!) Very comfortable, relaxing and Great fishing off the docks! This place is a gem for sure, my family wants to rent it every two months, we enjoyed it that much!!
