The location listed on VRBO for this property is incorrect. The property is a solid 15 minute+ drive away from anywhere in Glendale. The property itself was okay; nothing really wrong, but lots of little inconveniences that ultimately lowered my rating (no trashcans in the bathroom, no hand towels for the sinks, finicky water temperature in the shower, etc).

Great time Great pool Perfect weekend

We checked in on 16th of June around 4 pm. The address was different than provided in listing. We parked the car in the building. The owner has texted us the instructions before checking in with address and some photos of the lockbox containing the key and photos of some parking lot. We assumed it was one in the building, the apt was, but it was not. The next morning(17th of June) we realized someone had blocked our car in. We called the owner who told us that we made a mistake by parking in the wrong garage. We did not realize it would turn out to be a big issue. We went to the front desk to ask for help to unblock our car. They asked us to call the owner and coordinate with them to call the other owner. When we reached out to the owner again for help they asked us to pack our bags and leave and threatened to lock us out if we are not packed within 10 minutes. We packed our stuff as we were travelling with our family and were worried about the threat.We had to find other accommodation in short notice. We did not realize parking at wrong spot was a breaking of rules of property and we have lost money because of this. Would not recommend.

We stayed here for 5 days while we were in LA to watch some baseball and hockey. The place is great and had everything we needed and the communication with the host was efficient and our questions were answered immediately. This location is DTLA and not in Glendale. There is a starbucks attached to this building and only a couple blocks from some shopping areas and great places to eat. We used the hot tub with no issues. Thank you so much!

My friend and I needed a staycation away from home (we live in LA) and this was the perfect place for it. Full kitchen with a bunch of seasonings and amenities which we appreciated. 2 bathrooms so we never had to wait. All TVs had all streaming sites available. We felt safe being in the apartment building and the balcony was a nice touch. The check in process was easy with the hosts instructions, and they barely had any check-out requirements. The host made sure it was easy to reach him. We didn't even feel the need to check out the pool or rec center but I'm sure it's lovely. In a prime location in DTLA, NOT GLENDALE. But great location if you want to go out socially.

The unit was fine. Nothing fancy. One bed was very uncomfortable. There was no dresser or place to unpack folded clothes. The unit was clean and comfortable overall. The upstairs neighbors (or somewhere nearby) were extremely noisy at 3:00 am one morning. Parking was convenient! THE BIG THING WAS THAT IT WAS NOT IN GLENDALE!

I haven’t ever given 5 stars across the board to any VRBO property until now. I had no reviews to go from, but the price and location and description with the pictures sold me. I did not expect what we received. From the minute I reserved, the communication was always immediate and informative with kindness. (Showing they cared for their renters.) The apartment layout was perfect and decor perfect and wireless and premier tv options all were a plus. However, the cleanliness and amenities provided (everything you get from hotel - toiletries, linens, blow dryer, coffee, and more) were surprising. The kitchen was perfect (with basic utensils/spices to cook on the gas stove!) although we never cooked we definitely loved and used the clean, large fridge and freezer with auto ice! Yes that made us that happy. The balcony was perfect for the four of us and the privacy screen appreciated. The parking garage was super easy to enter and exit and plenty of space to tandem park and close to elevator. Safe also. Need key fab for entry to garage and front lobby it always worked perfectly. If you follow all the very detailed directions and look at the pictures, you will have no problems finding the lockbox and parking. Location great and close to many things. We were all very impressed with every aspect of this awesome apartment! I want another reason to return. Great experience! The owners were great!
