We enjoyed 12 days here and took advantage of the many amenities provided as well as the two pools, gym, and hot tub!

We had 10 of us stay here for Christmas and New Years. We had the best time. We have stayed in this community of homes before and it is absolutely amazing once again. The house was amazing and Brenda was amazing as well. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay for Christmas (thank you!!!). I would give Brenda 10 stars if I could! We hope to come back one day and stay there again!

We stay in the Mauna Lani area once or twice a year and this was truly one of the top places ever. The decor is gorgeous and it is all very new and wonderfully up to date. It has everything you need and is close to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and has access to the beach club which is perfect for small children. The owner was beyond accommodating and communicative which was great!

It was an amazing Family trip to Kona. The house we stayed out was amazing and a great location. Had a lot of extras and that was very nice.

We loved the house, perfect for a family group with young children. All the modcons and more in the kitchen area and plenty of beach accessories making beach excursions much easier, especially the wagon, umbrellas and chairs.

House is beautiful, amenities are great and host is very responsive and has stocked the house with literally everything you could need and then some. The property exceeded all our expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. We had a great time despite the hurricane force winds causing several of our excursions to be cancelled. We were happy to cookout at the house and enjoy games and family time.

This was our third time staying in the KaMilo community but our first at this property. We had a wonderful time and fully appreciated its detail to cleanliness and organization. It had everything we could have asked for (and then some) for our Hawaiian vacation. Brenda even acted as a concierge with advice and recommendations for local events/experiences. Hands down, this was one of our best family vacations!

This rental is perfect for a large family. The host was so considerate when I reached out early on about supplying items like a pack n play for our little one. She went above and beyond and had purchased a high chair, books and more making our stay extremely comfortable. The pool facilities were beautiful and very kid friendly. I couldn’t recommend this property and location more.

Everything about this property was wonderful - from the fully stocked kitchen, to the beautiful decor, to the super comfy beds, to an incredible community pool area, to a very attentive and available host. If you are looking for a great place for your family or group to stay - look no further! We didn't want to leave!

Brenda a couple of things you should be aware of. Master shower upper head sprays water over shower enclosure, ice maker doesn’t work and the twin beds were supposed to be put together. Thanks we had a great time and beautiful home. Aloha

We were 2 families with kids aged 12, 14, 16 and 17. The teens liked all having their own beds. They also liked walking to the pool and using the gym. We rented a golf cart and we were all happy to tool around the area-- going to the various beaches, getting snacks at the nearby grocery store. The adults all enjoyed the peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the lanai and listening to all the birds as the kids slept. This is a lovely home and has all the right amenities for an ideal family vacation.

We had such an amazing time at this home and couldn’t say enough about the property and area. It was just perfect for our group of families with small children 3,5,6,7.

The place was amazing. Everything from the quality of the appliances to the quality of the beds was top of the line. The amount of beach gear provided was also great. This house was perfect for our entire extended family. Brenda was very responsive and was very helpful.

This place was amazing, better then in the pictures. The location is great, easy access to great beaches only a short drive away. The folding wagon was great for getting everything to the beach. The pool area is nice if you want to take a brake from the sand. Sitting outside on the lanai in the morning we were serenaded by all the beautiful local birds. We were sad to leave, would definitely come back.

Great home! Very well stocked for a great vacation. We stayed with 8 adults and had plenty of room. This is truly a diamond. Brenda is very responsive and informative. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend! It’s big enough for four adults to each have our own rooms, and the outside patio is ideal for hanging out! The furniture is all top-notch comfortable including the beds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool nearby. Lots of great beaches in close driving distance and easy to walk to the beach for sunsets. Brenda was super helpful with questions.

This was a new listing when we booked it, but the pictures looked great so we took a chance on it. So happy we did! The best VRBO rental we’ve stayed at. It was a group of 10 of us from 3 families and we never felt crowded at all. Plenty of space and room. The house was beautiful! Everything was perfect. We were able to enjoy the kitchen which had all the pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. The pool area in the complex was gorgeous and a short easy walk. The private beach was also a quick drive and the house came with all the beach equipment for you to use. We packed up chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and cooler to take with us. The beach is very calm and perfect for little kids to play in. It is a little rocky once you get in a bit so water shoes would be good. Then it’s easier to explore the side with the rocks and look for fish. The restaurant there was also good and we were able to get delicious drinks to enjoy while we sat back and watched the kids splash around. Good location and close stores near by for your needs. Only complaint is that someone booked it right after us so we couldn’t extend our trip. 😊 We did not want to leave this home.

This may be our favorite VRBO that we have ever stayed at! This was a brand new listing and I was a little hesitant to book since there were no reviews yet, but Brenda told me she had just purchased it and it had not been used as a rental before. The pictures looked amazing, so I took a chance and boy, am I so happy I did!! I believe we were one of the first renters and this house is spectacular! Brenda has thought of everything that you may need during your stay to make it seem like home and everything is top notch! There is plenty of room to spread out in this 4 bedroom home. The wood floors are beautiful. The beds are super comfy and the master bed even has an adjustable tempurpedic king memory foam mattress!! I've never slept so good in a rental before. Now I want to buy that mattress when I get home. The kitchen is a chef's dream. There's plenty of pots, pans, cooking items, etc to make any meal. There was plenty of seating for a family of 6. Brenda provided plenty of games for a fun night in. In the garage, you will find 6 beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys, a cooler, boogie boards, and bikes. We went to the neighborhood pool and the beach club (get there early if you want a cabana). But we also took the beach equipment and went to Hapuna State Beach one day and had a fabulous time. And sitting on the porch at night or in the morning was so relaxing. I'm so sad to check out of this place but we know we will be back. Brenda was so sweet and helpful and her place is AMAZING!
