Really enjoyed great space, King bed and jetted bath tub. Look forward to coming back.

Property was clean and the screened in porch is awesome. The key pad to obtain your room key is a little frustrating but we figured it out.

The view and the quiet atmosphere.

We really wanted to like this place. The common area is very cute but king bed was very uncomfortable. We had no Wi-Fi or landline for about 10 mins in and nothing for the rest of stay. My family was going to Blue Ridge Rock Festival and I was supposed to be working. I spent more than an hour trying to get WiFi fixed. Vacasa told me they referred to local maintenance for resolution. I reached out again a few hours later for an update. I was then told it was community Wi-Fi and they couldn’t help. I asked for a contact # and was given troubleshooting directions (already tried everything I could). I sent pictures of the setup and advised still nothing. I was told again it was a community issue. I asked for a contact number a 2nd time. I was told it was referred to local maintenance. Never heard anything else. The next day I encountered the front desk and mentioned it. I was told this unit isn’t part of the community Wi-Fi and any issues must be reported to owners. If anyone cares, there is still NO WI-FI or Landline. The TV had antenna channel’s & decent movie channel’s but need Wi-Fi for streaming. The Fire TV has wrong time, all listings are wrong, multiple channels frozen the whole time. Unable to fix so just had to wing it. This might not be a big deal to many but I was stuck by myself without transportation (because again, I was supposed to be working). It included most basic touches but no coffee filters. Side note, there is also a Keurig.

My family and I had a great day at Smithtown lake. The condo at Mariners landing was awesome. Much larger than we expected. The condo was very clean and well kept. The property had really nice amenities such as their pool, hot tub, and access to the lake. They also have a gym that had every bit of equipment you could need. There was something there for the whole family. We will definitely be staying again.

We will be looking to stay her again.

Spotless accommodations overlooking the lake and marina for convenient boat rental at Bridgewater Mariners Landing (you may think so but 9 hours is not too long). Swimming pool, hot tub, restaurant and Starbucks on site. Indoor pool, kids pool and playground on campus just up the road. Conveniently located to Whitehouse General Store and multiple good restaurants within 20 minutes. Friendly tenants and owners, beautiful mountain views and grounds, very quiet and peaceful -- upscale.. Wish I had time for golf as the course looked very nice. We will stay again and I will have my clubs next time!
