New facility. The staff was amazing! Very V friendly and helpful…. Wonderful. Gorgeous views.

It was a little far away from everything so unless you drive into town over an hour away, the food options are limited. I wish they would alternate the menu.

property was great. Since this was a soft opening, they are still working out a few kinks. The crew that work there are dedicated enough that I’m sure by the time the grand opening comes in May do you wanna have everything worked out. I would go back.

first of all everything is new that was nice. The two swimming pools are great and the atmosphere of the place made it a wonderful vacation.

Staff was friendly. Very large and spacious rooms. Private and secluded retreat away from everything.

The location was wrong on Google Maps. The pin on the map is no where near where the property is. In the description on Booking's site, it clearly states: “Located in San Pedro, a 2-minute walk from San Pedro Beach” and “North Ambergris Caye Beach is 1.8 km from Margaritaville Beach Resort, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The nearest airport is San Pedro Airport, a few steps from the resort." This is completely false, including the area info and what’s nearby/list of nearby restaurants. This property is not in San Pedro town, and after getting into town you have to catch a 45 minute boat ride to the property. No where on the site did it mention this boat ride needed from town. We were appalled when we arrived in the evening and had to take this boat ride in the dark. The location made it extremely inconvenient for us to explore the island and get around. They are also still figuring out things as the resort just opened. There was no hot water in our room the first night, but being extremely tired we just took a cold shower and slept. We asked to change rooms the next day and they double checked the new room for us, but the second room again did not have hot water.

The resort was beautiful and the staff made up for the poor owner management.

They had not forewarned us when we booked our stay that the resort was having a SOFT opening. We should have been notified by the resort or Booking.com...There was no WIFI, no TV, no phones in the room, no dishes or silverware, no coffee maker in the kitchen, no hair dryer, no ironing board and fly's due to the door being left open when the cleaning staff finished. I felt bad for the frustrated employees that were trying their best to take care of their guest's due to the poor corporate ownership.
