Location was great!

The icemaker in fridge works but the ice coming out of it, is foul. Very stinky. Recommend a new water line or cleaning. Also, outdoor table and patio area under the upstairs, could be cleaned prior to guests.

Area was beautiful. The river was pretty and what you would have expected for Memorial Day weekend with respect to the crowds of people around. Noise level during the day was acceptable and seemed to stop at the appropriate time in the evening. Connecting patio to our unit with table and chairs was very nice and situated well to be able to have a view of the river. Perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Jed (booking agent) was very helpful to work with.

I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that this space was located underneath a much larger facility. I thought it was a free standing cabin. People on top were drunk, arguing until 3:30 a.m. and walking back and forth. Going in and out of the door at all hours. Ceiling insulation between the two floors was totally insufficient to cut the voices, the walking back and forth and slamming doors. Unable to sleep at all until 3:45 a.m. when they had passed out. Not a pleasant predicament to be in at all.
