The large space was an excellent value. It was nice to have a full kitchen and dining table with room to spare for the whole family. Communication via text message and through the Booking.com app was excellent!

The only negatives are the loud nightclubs and homeless people wandering around the entrance. But we knew that when we chose the location and those are normal for any large city center.

Being able to walk within minutes to eat or shop and having the option to cook my own healthy meals, coffees.

Loud and pounding music from bar next door. Went on til long after midnight both days. Should be disclosed in description of the place.

excellent location, full kitchen, free parking, close to transit, very quiet and dark room despite directly above Gaslamp, and excellent communication with property manager.

Good apartment, walking distance from convention center with parking place and very clean!! I am allergic to dust and I did not have any issue staying for five days there. There is everything you need, towels, soap, washing machine and dryer. Felt like home away from home :) The street is noisy at night but it did not bother me and earplugs are provided for the ones who need it :)

Locations was great. Unfortunately, I was staying for business so it was quite loud most nights. It was so nice to have a place to hang out without having to be on your bed.

Good location to walk to places and the facilities were very nice and comfortable.

A little loud at night but the host included ear plugs which was a nice perk.
