Clean everywhere with modern furnishings. Everything we needed for a mini break rustling up an easy meal. Very quiet location.I had wondered if traffic would be an issue being opposite the carpark but the carpark was quiet despite staying midweek. Very easy stroll to centre of Beverley

The property was ideally suited for our needs as we were attending a wedding in East Riding (about 10 minutes drive away). We only stayed 2 nights and the first night we bought a takeaway from the recommended takeaway company, it was great and the gentleman who delivered it looked exactly like the one on the front of the menu (brilliant)!
We couldn’t fault the property, the only small suggestion would be to have a lamp or lamps in the living room to create some ambient lighting.

It was a lovely modern house excellent location with a car park opposite for convenience. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to access the property early to put our bags in as we were ar the races.

Was relatively clean but there was a few areas of dust and scum in the bathroom but did not affect our stay!

Really sweet little house. Lots of audio visual equipment - the kids were delighted that every room had a tv! So nice that it's a pet friendly location too. Walking distance to all amenities and so easy to park with a car park across the road. Such a nice touch to leave vouchers for complimentary tea or coffee in their recommended local coffee shop too. The owners had even left a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge which was so kind of them.

Brilliant location. Car parking across the road. Excellent instructions. Kitchen well equipped. Condiments in cupboards. Complimentary bottle of prosecco in fridge. Vouchers for free hot drink from local cafe (cafe closed Sundays). Plenty of coffee pods. Lovely bathroom with deep bath.
Honestly wouldn't stop us from staying again, but car parking lights do affect the main bedroom which would benefit from block out blinds. Also, a large pot for making pasta would be helpful. We had to split pasta into two small saucepans to make pasta for 4 people. Small niggly points. Really great stay

Superb holiday cottage. Very comfortable and stylish. Comfy and clean beds. Love the TVs in all rooms. Kitchen very well-equipped. Sofa lovely and comfy. Outside area immaculate. Gorgeous roll top bath and large walk-in shower. Could find no fault at all. Well placed for centre of town. Just a few minute stroll. Lots of nice eateries close too. Parking in car park straight across the road for £5 for 24 hours. All in all a great stay and delighted with the property.

The house was clean, warm and modern. We were central for all the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definatley be booking/staying again. There was 4 of us. (2 couples) People were friendly, thourghly enjoyed our stay. 💯%
