Fantastic location with private parking. Access was extremely easy and property was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely use again

For some reason the booking.com portal message with check in details didn’t reach me and had to ring booking.com as host didn’t respond to my calls and messages about the check in details.

Wonderful location. Perfect location and easy for town centre, Dome and race course too. Modern, tasteful decor and lovely and quiet. Very clean. Easy to park.
A few basics missing - nothing that would require messaging owner for or that would stop us from staying again and very quick fix. A tea towel and bath mat would be useful. More towels for a family of 4- we only had 2 hand and 2 bath. A few basic condiments- salt, pepper and sugar would have been useful. Toiletries were stated as included and were limited to shower gel and hand soap. Cream sofa, which was sofa bed, heavily stained as was cream rug in lounge which gives a grubby feel and is a shame as cleaning was to a very hight standard.

Not very nice stairway up to the apartment . Only two chairs at the dining table , the sofa bed was hard and the sofa itself was stained down inside, someone obviously had spilt a drink , could tell the apartment had had a recent refurbishment so was clean , all in all we were happy ,thank you

everything was perfect and up to standards. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay there again. the location is great and accessible with a close by shop and bus stop near by.
the kitchen floor needs fixing. we had a bit of a struggle finding the place as well as getting the key out of the lock box, there was washing left in the washing machine from previous guests.

Leaving Early
In this day and age you expect for £85 a night to stay in a premises that is WARM.
This flat was unbearable to stay in - at minus 3 degrees outside, I was warmer when I had left and drove in my car for 10 minutes.
The flat has those very old fashioned electric heaters - inadequate for the size of the property, the hallway never got warm, the bathroom has only a heated towel rail for comfort! - the shower has no pressure due to their not being any central heating, living room so cold and bedroom, never got warm, both rooms not even having any curtains in. Kitchen has no heating whatsoever. Walls are not insulated, so these small heaters have no use. The bedroom one just flashed - no manual to even tell you how to use them, you couldnt turn them up as they were limited to 25 degrees. I left after 3 hours.
One other review says the same thing about the house being cold. BE AWARE when booking.

Lovely place, had everything we needed for a two week stay. Spotlessly clean, nice quiet location.

The apartment was perfectly placed in walking distance for a gig we were attending at Doncaster Dome.
Really clean and all surprised how nice it was inside. Modern stylish decor throughout, would definitely stay again.
It was cold in the living room and kitchen, even with the heating on.
The oven needs fitting properly, it moved around when you opened the door.
