Everything, can’t fault anything.

Few items that need addressing, I emailed the host and they were swift to respond.

Wonderful beachside location, nicely decorated & new facilities, full working kitchen, great views, very spacious flat. Lovely little touches i.e. choice of books, games, intro to area, blankets, cushions. Good amount of cleaning products in kitchen. One of best places we've stayed in Folkestone. To flag there are several flights of stairs and no lift so not one if you're less mobile or elderly who may struggle with getting heavier bags up there.

Generally really great so not much to fault. Keys and access was a little confusing to start with but managed to get in. The heating wouldn't come on and it was a very cold summer weekend where we could have done with warming up the flat. Bathroom would have benefitted from a larger bath mat and a mop & bucket to wipe up splash from shower (shower screen very short). Would have been nice to have some laundry liquid so bring this for longer stays. But this is all very minor.
