The air in this house is terrible. It stayed around 79 degrees in the house and the bedrooms were just as bad. The mini spilts they have in there are too small for the square footage the house is. Our stay was terrible because it was so hot! I would never stay there again.

We enjoyed the property and would recommend! We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again. We had all items needed for a comfortable stay!

We were a group of 7 which included 5 15yo boys for Spring Break. (The home could have slept more comfortably.) We chose this home due to it's proximity to Rosemary beach. The boys were able to bike from the house to Rosemary Beach. Home is across busy Hwy 98 but there is a crossing area right outside of the subdivision. (FYI- cars are aware of crossing and will often stop to allow walkers and bikers to pass. However still need to be cautious secondary there's no light for pedestrians.) Crossing area leads you to beach directly across the street; very convenient. They have parking but can get busy. The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows, which we loved. The kitchen was fully stock with the essentials for cooking. Back yard is small and no privacy but love picnic benches and back porch for evening wine down. Washer and dryer was a plus for us. 30A shops is less than 5 mins w/ food and shopping. Cute coffee and donut shop <5 mins opposite direction.

Beautiful space and able to walk to restaurants, market, and the beach. The note regarding the status of the pool was confusing. It was open - even saw some people there, but the instructions stated that it was still under construction? The description was clear about this - but I believe a "beach house" should provide beach towels and beach chairs. We flew from a different state and could not bring these items along.
