The host was responsive to my inquiries even prior to our visit and the check in process was seamless. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and open spaces made it ideal to gather our from children and grandchildren from across the nation. The spacious kitchen made it possible to prepare meals for 17 throughout the week and the adults, teens and children ALL enjoyed the game room. The location was also handy to everything including Silver Dollar City and water activities on Table Rock Lake. I highly recommend this property.

Great place. We had 9 adults and 4 small children and this home was perfect. Loved the view and the downstairs gameroom, both kids and adults. There was a problem with the A/C when we arrived and we contacted manager. They were responsive and had someone out the next morning. It was very warm in the home when we arrived. We went the evening without A/C and while we did not complain or request a credit, I was surprised something was not offered at $1,500 per night and in 90+ plus degree weather. It was a long night. I left an excellent rating, as I know these things can happen, just surprised no offer to credit or partial refund for the evening.

It was a pleasant place to stay for our family of 20. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, lots of parking.

This house was amazing, the proximity to attractions was perfect. However what was not perfect was the full blown construction of another phase of homes being built right below us. I/we are in the home building business, and understand forward progress on construction progress....ie: time is money.. The trac hoe with the Jack Hammer breaking rock and the trac hoe scraping the rock and loading into a dump truck at seven in the morning was a bit much. The dozer operating till nine at night was a bit much also. The concrete pump truck at six thirty in the morning was not a lot of fun either. Again the construction for most of the day is what it is , but being a vacation rental complex you would think that the rock breaking and rock scraping could have been scheduled to start later on in the morning and not having people on vacation woke up to the house vibrating and the banging so early. It would have been nice to have been informed of the construction ongoing in advance, not to find out about it at seven in the morning when the jack hammering started. The host and check in process was great, and I can't say enough about how great the set up of the house was. Anything that we needed for cooking and cleaning was provided . Shout out to Crazy Uncle Dave's Back Yard pizza 5 min. up the road and they deliver. Good Pizza for sure.

Everything was great! Plenty of room and of course the kids loved the game room. The deck was my favorite “get away”

What a wonderful property this is! Immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. The game room is great, the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen--so much seating. Brianna was great. There is just nothing bad to say about the whole experience. Added plus: very close to Silver Dollar City and lake!

Great house and location. Set-up is always perfect for extended family to come together and enjoy a long weekend at Branson.

Perfect size for multiple families. Everyone had different areas to hang out.

Very comfortable stay for large groups. At least 16 beds including eight twin bunks, so there is plenty of room. The property is very nice, clean, and has all the amenities listed. Brianna is fantastic and check-in/check-out couldn't be easier. Meets all the criteria for a large party get-together.

Terrific. View was great on the deck. Hung out there a lot. Kitchen really well equipped. Great game room - kids loved it. Just great accomodations. Really well planned out for family get togethers.

We stayed at number 124. The house was very nice but, the construction was annoying. The workers even worked early on Sunday morning(630AM). There were two heavy equipment operators digging into the hillside and putting the dirt into a dump truck which then backed up with a loud beeping noise and dumped the dirt right in front of the house. It was very dusty. On the bright side, it was great entertainment for the younger grandsons! The pool was farther away than expected so we drove. It wasn't busy during our stay but, I think it is too small for all the expected rental properties during prime time. We loved the game room downstairs for the wide range of ages. There was something for everyone! I personally enjoyed the view of the lake. The cleaning crew took care of our concerns.

We had a wonderful time. We had 18 total stay. This is very close to Silver Dollar Amusement Park. The house is beautiful and everyone was very comfortable.

Brianna is a wonderful host and her rental has everything you need in a great location.

Great stay for our family reunion. Views are exactly like pictures. Very fun home. Great location for Indian Point, Silver Dollar City and close to the strip. Grandkids all loved the house. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the place. Pool was a bit far but beautiful location. A bit of construction other than that awesome place and awesome stay !!

Overall, great property with very responsive host! They are constructing new units behind the house which provided noise throughout the day and into the evening that prevented full enjoyment of the back porches. Also, the TV in one of the master bedrooms was non-functional...identified issue three days in and no one came to resolve. Finally, at checkin, there was a infant binkie left under the patio table from the previous tenant; while the rest of the house appeared clean, this made us wonder how attentive the cleaning crew really was. Overall, excellent host and property. While the house inside is fantastic with an outstanding game room, I wouldn't necessarily recommend a stay until the construction in back is finished.

What an amazing house! We had more room than we needed, the house is perfectly suited for a large group. But our family of four just loved it. Clean, comfortable, incredible game room. Plenty of everything , including hand soap in all the bathrooms and hand and dish soap in the kitchen. I’ve rented lots of houses and always have to supply my own so a nice surprise. Just perfect all around. Very comfortable beds too. Convenient to SDC and all branson attractions.

We had the best time. The fact we could send the littles down stairs to play, and have adult conversations upstairs was great, we ended evenings playing in the game room downstairs and started our mornings with the cool breeze and great view on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee. Brianna (property manager) was very attentive to answer all questions we had quickly. The daily conversation was “when do you think we can all come back?” We spent one day at SDC it took us 5 minutes to get there and back, which was awesome after a long day. Traffic was minimum and the little grocery store a mile up the road had almost everything we needed if we forgot something. The hills were great for anyone who needed a quick workout in. We will be back.

This was a perfect place just like tbe pictures show except much more in person. There were 4 couples we had extra rooms but enjoyed the time away. Property Manager was great sent messages before and during stay. Checking in was easy. I cant wait to go back again. We got snowed in and couldn't leave tbe day we were supposed to, but Property Manager was awesome on understanding and we stayed at a great rate that was manageable during a storm that wasn't prepared for. Location is great beautiful area.

We spent a week at the house it was a beautiful home with tons of space. Very well laid out and clean. Perfect location as Silver Dollar City and the Branson Belle parking are right outside of the community. The view of the lake was gorgeous- it is a new community of properties and many still being built, the construction noise outside did keep us from enjoying the patios during the day but I’d assume they will be done with that soon enough. There wasnt a fire pit as the listing said (We were looking to s’mores on the deck) perhaps that listing means there’s a bbq grill - there is, out front of the home. Overall stay was great and once that construction is finished up and the weather is warm we will definitely be staying here again

The house was amazing! The bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The basement, as advertised, was full of entertainment. Even our adults loved the arcade games! The beds were comfortable, and everything you would need/expect in the kitchen was available for the chef. The outdoor space would have been wonderful, but we were there in 30 degree temps, so we didn't spend much time out there! The view isn't great at the moment due to the construction going on all around, but that is a small price to pay for the newness of the cabin. The owner sent messages to make sure all was well, and was very responsible with questions. This was a great getaway to welcome the new year, and we hope to return in the future!

We gathered the family for Thanksgiving/ Xmas. Property fit us very well and especially the large game room. We did have one small problem with lack of hot water but property management, (Brianna), was very quick and responsive in getting it fixed.

Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean and disinfected during these trying times. Close to all the shopping and shows. Beautiful scenery. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

My family loved the house with all the games and all the room we have so much space we could have brought more people we will definitely be going back real soon
