Had a few issues especially with the pool. Was not heated when we arrived as the modem was off line. Did not cycle properly until the last day of our stay. This was disappointing. The hot water was at best lukewarm so no hot showers. Amenities were good, beds comfortable and the condo was well equipped. We did have some issues with the TV and some of the exterior hardware but not a deal.breaker. I was able to resolve most of my issues by reaching out but the pool problem was very disappointing especially given the hefty price and the assurance in advance that everything would be ready. Will look elsewhere for our next visit.

The house was great! Clean, wonderful beds, all the amenities! Not to far from stores & Palm Springs! The owner as well as management company were great & answered all questions we had very quickly! My mother and I enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again!

The house was perfect, good location to everything only down side was the weather while we were there.

Perfect base for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and the Greater Palm Springs area. Loved the well-equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook dinners and pack lunches for day trips. If the weather had cooperated, we would have enjoyed the beautiful backyard.. Overall a terrific place to stay.

Host was really nice and great, they make sure you have everything you need. Property is well prepped and cleaned. We have a party of 7 (5+2) and amenities are really great comparing to any properties I've stayed in my previous experience, kitchen is definitely a highlight if you like to cook.

I rented this house so my mom could have a few days to enjoy with her children and grand-children for her birthday weekend. My brothers live in the IE so we choose to stay close to them. 4 adults and 1 teen were able to sleep very comfortably. The pictures don't show the bedrooms but it comes with 1 master with a king-sized bed, bathroom (with 2-person shower) and walk-in closet. On the other side of the home you have 2 more bedrooms (1 with 2 queen-size beds & 1 with 1 queen bed) with a bathroom to share. The pool was heated for us for an additional charge and the weather was very nice during our stay. They had everything you'd need during your stay. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, spices, utensils, dish soap, etc. The place was spacious for all and with the pool table, board games and activities we, had plenty to do. Being on the corner was nice too; there was plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is really quiet so outside noise was non-existent. Overall I would give this place 4.75 stars. I would definitely rent again.
