Wasn’t cleaned poor service waited over a week for deposit and sat there for over 2 hours whilst waiting cleaner

It was disappointing on arrival. The room /studio was underwhelming, it didn’t look clean and was dull. Mould in the bathroom around windows and shower seal.

Everything. It's like a prostitute parlour full of drugs and thieves. It was actually so bad that I walked in stayed 30min and walked out

I really liked the interior of the property and the facilities that were in the flat / apartment
me and my girlfriend had everything that we needed within the property and the room itself was absolutely beautiful.
