It was convenient. Clean and remodeled nicely. People I ran into were friendly.

The Internet gave me trouble for a day or so. The response from the property managers was good but it still took a bit to get it to work.

The only problem we had as well as other guests is WiFi does not work in back room. My husband owns the kitchen at the Moose Lodge in town and we like to sit in bed after he gets home and input our sales and work stuff on laptop but we have to stay in living room to do this. The TV doesn't work either I'm bedroom. Otherwise everything else is fine.

The convenience of the property and it’s location

There is a maintenance man on the property who was absolutely rude! The cleaners are phenomenal and very sweet ladies. But that man who closes the laundry down and takes care of property is a misogynist pig. So be careful when he is out walking around.

How clean everything is! George and Suzy are absolutely amazing. They are two of the best and most hardworking people I’ve met.

Mattress was very soft on one side and firm on opposite side I would recommend this place for a guys fishing trip not really a family place a lot of different young predominately male but some couples of different nationalities and some times noisey and loud arguments also no staff on site there is a digital room key they do respond pretty quickly of problems arise .

The hotel is closed to ocean ,free parking and the swimming pool

I was parking by the instruction ,but a couple of days later,a guy came to threaten me ,he will call tow for me, if I continue parking the same spot. and the room full of smoking smells when I first time came in.

It was beautiful inside and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the pool, and the main5man was very helpful.

Beautiful brand new unit. Just would have liked 2 clean towels. And maybe a pool towel. A mattress cover on the mattress for sanitary purposes. Quiet and great for 2 nights.

Comforter needs to be replaced but still clean. Everything is brand new. A new Comforter and towels won't break the bank.

The location was great! Easy access to the beaches and close to shopping

3 barking dogs in the room next to us for 5 nights! WiFi that only worked sometimes

Susie was cleaning person but she did SO MUCH MORE! She was constantly addressing visitors issues, interviewing people for cleaner positions and helping everyone. She was like a supervisor, she went way beyond cleaning units.

Window in bedroom had to be held up with a bottle. Window slider in LR was broken (couldn't be locked). One outlet in LR didn't work, couldn't use light. We couldn't use TV for regular viewing (had to stream). Living room couch is horribly uncomfortable. I would never come back to Riverwatch just because of the couch!

The bed was very comfortable.

We had multiple issues while staying here, including terrible WiFi, a tv in the bedroom that didn’t work, noisy water heater, a chair that broke into pieces when I sat on it, and noise outside from the staff and neighbors.

No breakfast offered

The door code key board failed upon returning from dinner the 2nd night we were there.We we're locked out...we had no immediate contact # to help us get in..Luckily a neighbor happened outside and informed us the housekeeper's room was nearby and thank goodness she was home and got us the key from the lock box...Come to find out the batteries had died in the door code lock...Not a very reliable lock system and we could have been stuck out of our apartment for hours

It was a nice apt. Would stay again. Just fix tv issues.

Trying to get the tv to work without using my phone was impossible. Should be able to walk in and turn it on to a program, not try to connect your phone and everything else.
