le chauffage des chambres est un système ancien pas très facile à ajuster. Le petit-déjeuner est bien, mais j'ai déjà rencontré des petits déjeuners plus complets et plus variés

Un po’ rumoroso l’impianto di riscaldamento

Il personale è stato gentilissimo. Nella camera assegnata non giungeva WI-Fi e mi hanno cambiato subito l'alloggio. La stanza era pulita e silenziosa.

La struttura è bellissima e meriterebbe più attenzione. Peccato infatti che ci siano delle piccole cose ma importanti per un ospite che dovrebbero essere riviste: la doccia gocciolava, il bollitore non aveva bustine di the, di zucchero e di caffè, la colazione fatta da me alle ore sette ( orario apertura per colazione) mancava completamente del salato che la signora ha iniziato a mettere mentre stavo già uscendo dalla sala, il parco dovrebbe essere più ordinato perchè non è bello vedere tante cose inutili sparse ovunque.

Ontbijt is karig. Zou het niet adviseren als je gewend bent uitgebreid te ontbijten op vakantie.

Scrambled eggs waren regelmatig verbrand. Brood hard. Kamer voldeed niet aan verzoek. Ik vroeg om 2 eenpersoonsbedden, het verzoek werd goedgekeurd en bij aankomst hadden de een 2 persoonsbed gekregen

Box doccia che si ottura, sanitari un po’ vecchi. Non c’è telefono per chiamare la reception, non ci sono prese vicino al comodino.

I felt welcomed upon arrival during a stressful traveling delay. The restaurant was closed because of a private event, so they pulled up an app for me to order pizza and they delivered to my room, with a delicious beverage! Service was EXCELLENT and EXEPTIONAL!!! Grounds were beautiful!! Taxi arrived as requested at 4am for my ride back to the airport. I could not have been more pleased!! Thank you!!!!

Buona colazione e c'è la possibilità di farla nello stupendo giardino. Posto molto silenzioso, immerso nel verde. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The place is incredible, they gave us a huge room which was extremely clean. They have a stunning swimming pool that looks like a lake in the middle of a forest. The breakfast was delicious and the people that work there have been kind and very nice. I would definitely come back and recommend the place.

It’s a little far from Florence but the train station that takes u to the center is literally 10 minutes away

The property was beautiful, but I think they were in the middle of renovations. Once it is fully put together it would be a great venue for photos and weddings. Our stay was perfectly fine until the next morning. I think it was 4am and we were trying to get a taxi. There were none to be found, but the young man at the front desk did everything in his power to make it better and get us one. I believe his name was Elio. I think we waited an hour until we finally got a taxi, but he stayed with us and made conversation until the very end. We had dinner there as well and the food was great. The dessert was even better. The mango desert was the best and the waiter was also very sweet. Overall, great customer care!

There were many mosquitoes so make sure you bring repellent or you will be eaten alive. It does not matter whether you are inside or outside. Granted, it is a garden so it is to be expected.

Really nice place! Great garden, massive pool, friendly staff. And really good restaurant.

We got the room for half the price thanks to the discount of the day. But honestly that was the right price as the building and rooms could use some renovating. The staf and beautifull garden make up for it

From the outside it really looked enjoyable, nice garden, nice building

The rooms were unbearable, the aircon did not work in both rooms we got, only a mobile aircon in the middle of the room and it didn’t get cold, in the shower was a carpet soaked with water, the showerhead did not work, but anyway this was not a big problem because we only had hot (not warm) water (no cold water!). The first room smelled like mould and wet basement. The pool was dreary, vomit in the grass next to the sunbeds (they had a poolparty the night before), cigarettes swam in the water, cans in the grass, dirt fell off the ceiling into the sink, breakfast was minimal.

Not true description of property or rooms. Says Air Conditioning online but has no air conditioning. Lot of mosquitos and no screens on the windows. Rock hard beds. Awful place

The staff were amazing, the location was great if someone travelled by car, and it's great to return to a quiet, charming hotel that's in the middle of an English Garden after the hustle and bustle of Florence.

The historic villa and grounds where gorgeous and have a lot of potential.

The facility seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Lots of construction going on. We had to move rooms twice to find working AC. Then the room we took , while very large and beautiful, had ants and mosquitoes. It was passable but very odd.

The service was good - the staff is attentive and helpful. They had a nice gift of bubbly and fruit waiting for us because I'd mentioned it was the last night of our honeymoon. The food and service at the restaurant was good, too. Our room was unique and spacious. Despite these nice things, our stay was pretty odd.

It wasn't altogether bad, it just wasn't what we expected. We were hoping this would be a convenient place to stay before an early flight out of the Florence airport, but it's really not meant for that. This hotel is set up for groups and events, and we felt out of place as one couple. For the better part of the afternoon and evening, we appeared to be the only guests in the hotel. There were work crews in several areas of the grounds, including someone running a skill saw in the lovely little courtyard outside of our room, which didn't exactly invite rest and relaxation. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant, and halfway through our meal, a group of 40 or so 13-year-olds filed into the restaurant and the place went from completely empty to cacophonous in a matter of minutes. Though we were somewhat relieved to not be the only guests in the hotel and restaurant, we would have appreciated a heads up about the large school group. Nothing against the kids, it's just not what we would have chosen for the last meal of our honeymoon had we known. It's also not that conveniently located for the airport, all things considered. We just didn't know, never having been to Florence. Now we know!

The hotel and gardens were stunning. Anthony was very helpful and accommodating. Extremely quiet. Being woken by bird song was brilliant.

Transport let us down. The hotel is very remote which gave it a nice relaxed feeling but transport to and from the hotel seemed non existent.
