Die Lage war top.Die Franklin und Sutter Strasse liegen in eine schöne Gegend von SFO. Hier kann man bedenkenlos übernachten. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles picobello , Personnel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das machte mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm .

Located in a relatively quiet and safe area within walking distance to Japantown. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff (unlike many places nowadays that are operating remotely with little to no staff this place *actually* has staff). It's VERY clean, quiet, and well maintained with multiple layers of security. They have a cute lounge with a kitchenette and private booth for making calls etc. Definitely amongst the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Much more peaceful location and ambience than most other hostels and budget hotels in SF and still within walking distance to public transit etc. I also really appreciate that there are different floors for men and women. I haven't stayed at a hostel in years but am glad I took a chance on this place; they seem to take their guests comfort and security seriously.

There is not much to dislike about this place and it's unfortunate Booking.com puts this section at the top of the review -- this place is next to perfect for what it is. The only thing I didn't like is that sometimes they set the thermostat to something crazy like 74°! The first night I stayed here I was in a top bunk and it was absolutely suffocating. I barely slept -- but the staff were very responsive to my WhatsApp messages about the issue. It's not *as bad* on a bottom bunk but is still a bit unpleasant (not to mention not great for your health). If you sleep hot I would *NOT* recommend a top bunk in this place -- it's pretty miserable. That said, it has been a comfortable temperature most of my time here but occasionally I guess someone complains and they crank up the heat. Not fun during allergy season!!

Good location. Nice furniture that has been taken over the old property.

The doors to the rooms and the building are locked by a code, and the code was just verbally communicated. So, in case you forgot it, or lost the paper you wrote it on, there is no way to get back in, as the staff was not reachable around the clock.

カーテン付きで個室感のあるベッド、部屋の明るすぎない雰囲気など、とても良かったです。

キッチンが若干狭いかなと感じました。ただ3日間でキッチンが一杯になってしまっていたのは一度しかなかったので、特に大きな不満ではありません。
